Live Bar, January 29 – Colombia lost 1-0 to Peru in a World Cup qualifier in the early hours of this morning in the South American zone.

Colombia have now gone six games without a goal in the World Cup qualifiers after failing to score in this match, during which time Colombia drew with Ecuador, Paraguay, Brazil and Uruguay, losing 1-0 to Brazil and losing 1-0 to Peru.

Colombia also fell out of the top four to sixth. In the World Preliminary Round South American Qualifiers, the top four teams advance directly to the World Cup, and the fifth-place team will play a play-off.
