But the pastor of the local church walked into the store and introduced herself to Shelly, which made Shelly feel friendly. Shelly also shared with everyone a "prayer" in her shop. The lady would pray to the gods in the shop, sometimes for another good day tomorrow, and sometimes for the gods to bless the children. She prayed that the gods would see her weakness and fulfill her wishes.
The lady prayed from morning to night in the store, but she always thanked Shelly when it was over. Shelly says witchcraft is all about showing what you want or the future through signs and making sure it's done in a way that conforms to the laws of the universe.
For Shelly, who has been dealing with witchcraft for many years, witchcraft has brought her more than just creepy experiences, but also allowed her to find a meaningful way of life in harmony with nature. Today, Shelly lives in The Village of Porthamworth with her three children, and her family is very supportive of her ideas and actions.
