There are many difficult problems in life, and only by "facing it, accepting it, dealing with it, and letting go of it" can we overcome the problem.

Every one does not dare, and the more he faces, the more powerful he becomes.

We are the same in life, with too much dare and do not want to face.

But only by facing the problem can we solve it.
