In short, it is the energy that creates all things in the underworld, it is a state of thought, it is a spirit, it is formless, it is formless, silent, silent, shadowless, endless, colorless, tasteless, it is a grasp of the overall view of the universe, it is the root of all hues, it is the beginning of heaven and earth, and the mother of all things. We can't express it accurately in words, we can only rely on the heart to understand, when our mind returns to Simplicity, that baby-like pure state of mind is the Cosmic Dao Mind.

And what is the best mood of poetry? As Yan Yu said in the "Canglang Poetry": "The antelope hangs its horns and has no trace to seek." Therefore, its magic, thorough and exquisite, can not be docked, such as the sound of the air, the color of the picture, the moon in the water, the image in the mirror, the words are endless and the meaning is infinite. "The best mood of poetry is to present an ineffable spirit that is detached from the poetic language itself, but is closely connected with it, and can only be understood as ineffable. Although it is like the sound of the air, the color of the picture, the moon in the water, and the image in the mirror, it is the fundamental spirit of poetry, an invisible hand that controls the poetry itself, and the source of poetry. The state of mind that we perceive and experience through the language and imagery of poetry is the best mood of poetry.

I have the following three understandings of Yanni's Book of Verses, or Wine Sutra:

The "male lion" and the "rose" are harmonious in yin and yang, and all things are born, brewing a good wine, a cup of grand worlds, and the wine contains everything. At this moment, Yan Ni's wine includes not only "a big river", but also the life of all things in the universe. This experience of life and the perception of the Dao has gone beyond the existence of matter, but has entered the realm of the unity of man and wine and the unity of all things. All the glitz and wine in the world is in the heart. In a good glass of wine, the domineering spirit of the lion, the tenderness of the rose, the heroic bones of the hero, the king's country and mountains, the harmonious life..., the moment was sublimated, awakening the secluded consciousness of transcending the world. It can be seen that Ms. Yanni is well versed in poetry, wine, and the true meaning of the Dao, and her Taoist heart is precious.

It also expressed her love for cultivation culture and her yearning for the Qing cultivation life in the mountains and forests, but she did not know that this kind of escape had to leave the red dust, but she thought that she could use wine and also enlighten, so she said: "With the help of sauce king mash, Xilai wine is in the trenches." Do not chant Tang poems and Song rhymes, chant self-talk wine", as long as the door of wisdom is opened in the heart, there is also a road in the wine, why should it get rid of the red dust? Why pursue the form of poetry? Therefore, her poetry transcends the simple superposition of language, imagery, and poetic forms, but presents an ultimate avenue spirit that is free from the imagery of language, that is, in the process of her poetry, at the moment of drinking, she is actually pursuing the avenue and pursuing nature, then the six-word poetry style she chose is also automatically generated in this natural state, natural, inaction, so that readers can smell a different fresh taste, from which we can see the preciousness of her innovative spirit.

Third: Yan Ni's Poetry Classic, among the vast number of poems, is the most representative poem. She boldly incorporates secular themes such as "wine" and "love" into the cultivation culture to interpret, subverts the traditional cultivation method of "abstinence and despair", and presents the greatest respect for human nature in her poems. In the poem, the joy of life, the suffering of the people, the life of the five flavors and miscellaneous tastes in wine, etc. are presented to the fullest, all in the "Six Words and Sayings" full of living and fragrant life scene. In the poem, Yanni puts the ingenuity of the brewer and the adherence to quality, like the doctor who treats patients, highlighting the view of "one person drinking, one family without disease, one drinking, one mile without disease" in "A Thousand Golden Fangs". Brewing is also the cultivation of life, "to become a god, first become an adult." "Cultivation is not separated from red dust, not from "wine" and "feelings." For example, she said in her poem: "The cave of smoke is closed, and the wine world is flowing." The "wine world on earth" that entered the world and the "Yanxia Cave" that came out of the world were spoken on the same day, and the cultivation was integrated into life, which led to the sublimation of the people's consciousness.

Yan Ni's poem is "Pouring Words", "Pouring" is the sublimation of the soul, but also the illusion of the Taoist heart. Liu Xianyin, a scholar of Traditional Chinese culture, positioned the "Six-Character Sayings" as the "Six-Character Daming Mantra", and Li Zui, dean of the Institute of Cultural Sinology of Laozi in Chang'an, positioned the "Six-Character Sayings" as "the mysterious power of liberation"...

Many teachers have raised the "Six-Character Sayings" to the height of "Jing" and "Wei" to interpret, I must admit that when I first created it, I linked a kind of divine power, or at that moment, my body and mind were completely empty, entering a state, as if "talking to God", so the poems gushed out from the brain every day, completely from the stream of consciousness, completed nearly four hundred songs a month, friends in the group were there for all to see, from this point of view, the teacher of the review was not deliberately whitewashing and pursuing me, irresponsibly " Their own fame "writes such comments at the expense of reading poetry, but because when they read poetry, they fully enter, or partially enter a certain realm of poetry, and experience a special state of life, as the writer Yang Ming said: "Yanni's poetry is not read, it is enlightened!" "If the reader does not have understanding, the thinking of the brain can not taste the divine taste, because for the brain type person, he will always see only logic, analysis, judgment, reasoning, knowledge... Unfortunately, this is all acquired thinking, what he sees is always an illusion, and he can never see God, because he has no God in his heart!" Besides, poetry is a non-logical, non-brain product! No matter how full of poetry books, the literary style is soaring, if you "go to the brain", you can't write the words of "walking the heart", and you will always be in the "word phase" and "knowledge phase".

Still, I have self-knowledge, and I must admit that inspiration comes from God, not man! Everything is not my personal merit, as for some people tasting the taste of God from poetry, and some people tasting, these are extremely normal conclusions, although some teachers have sublimated poetry into jing and 偈, which can only be called jing written by saints, but I cannot claim to be a saint, I just want to talk about the background of the creation of Six Words from the perspective of spiritual healing.

"Without sorrow and indignation, there is no poetry", which can be praised by everyone, and my unique life experience, the life unhappiness and spiritual trauma I have encountered, because I like to be a Buddha, I have been single for nearly twenty years, and I have been on an inaccessible road, a daunting and unattainable spiritual peak canyon. The advent of "Six Words" is the externalization and crystallization of my emotional experience of lack of sexuality and loneliness, and it is completed in the special creative background of the most unsupported in my life, so this group of poems not only allows me to release the emotional energy I squeeze, heals my mental wounds, but also allows me to gain the strength to liberate from it. Therefore, I was able to let the reader read some extraordinary taste and power from the work, including the wild and fairy tales of some unexpected language in the poems, which are related to the explosion of energy accumulated in my heart.

Sentences can see from the inner cry and struggle of a lonely drinker, but also contain the desire for loneliness and the firmness of the will, this extremely complex mentality brews poetry, the reader with a heart must be able to read the deep and profound taste hidden in the poem, a person should truly understand the suffering of others, but also can feel their own inner compassion, so when the reader touches my soul, it also touches the marrow of the poem, and the poetry at this time has a spiritual healing effect for the reader. Because when he fully enters the poetic mood, he will unconsciously merge with my soul, and will unconsciously know the bitterness of other people's lives while knowing his own heart, so that all kinds of miscellaneous tastes of life and the meaning of poetry will unconsciously merge into one.

Another example is "Ask": "Driving the spring breeze drunk without a license, drinking and visiting lone monks." The road is haunted by ghosts, and there are several layers of cloud road. The swallows stayed overnight in Qianshan Mountain, and the cliffs pulled the dead vines.

Who pities the book and has a strong affection, saying that all the vulgar dust loves to hate. ”

This cry of the heart from the moment of "life hanging on the line", with the variation of various voices of spirit and flesh, ideal and reality, hope and helplessness, pain and sharpness, this sound has no doubt nothing to do with the material world, but completely tears the soul naked to the world, almost naked and released. If I had not experienced the loss of love, the grinding of life, the groaning and brokenness of my heart... ... I would not have written such a poem, all of which comes from the most authentic inner experience, but through the form of six-word poetry, I made the most sincere confession to the world, compared to my rich emotional experience in my heart and the trauma that my soul has experienced, in the moment of writing poetry, the need to pour out is greater than everything! And does the complete disregard for the six-word poem meet the requirements of the Grammatical poem? All expression is based on the needs of the heart, and the form of poetry is already something outside the body. Therefore, many poems seem to be immersed in a kind of self-intoxication or self-talk, as if the world does not exist, and it does not need anyone's approval, but only needs to bravely present the true color of the soul and be the true self. So I tightly grasped the helping hand that Dionysus had extended to me, sang in the wine with a fatalistic voice, released the karma of the past, and revealed the latent demonic nature in my heart, all the impulses and crazy habits of the past, so as to create a miracle in the speed of writing poetry, and in an instant it was relieved, the scarred soul was healed and supported, and the troubles were turned into bodhicitta. Now that a year has passed, I still feel that I can play a role in the healing of the mind and purify the heart.

"Great people are lonely", great philosophers and poets like to be alone, and solitude is not always beautiful, often accompanied by misfortune and suffering, especially when the emotion is hit, it is easier to produce psychological imbalance, for ordinary people, often rely on external happiness to make up for the inner deficiencies, from the outside to find strength to support the inclined emotions, but for poets, words are often the best way to heal themselves, in this process, regain the harmony of the soul, find the home of the soul, as I wrote this set of wine poems in the process, Constantly looking for the feeling of unity of body and mind, but also looking for the unity of man and wine, the beauty of the unity of heaven and man, so the birth process of many poems is also the process of finding the beauty of the soul, this search for external things that are not embodied at all, or that there is no need for figurative external things to support, that is, there is no "sauce king" that I praise, and all the external people and things I praise, it is completely an internal exploration of the perfect mind that is self-sufficient, and it can even be said that the Six Words of Sayings are completely the inner exploration of the perfect mind of self-sufficiency. It is a poem that has no specific object of writing, but only writes and reads for itself, is the whisper of my own dreams, as if tirelessly depicting a person and thing that does not exist, as if immersed in a kind of fantasy and hallucination, which comes from the unique creative background in which I was at that time, or rather, the illusion produced in my extreme loneliness and despair. Miraculously, in the process, I inadvertently completed my self-healing. Therefore, I fantasize in the poem: "The wine village has been dry for a long time, and the tide is rising and falling on the back", as if I am the savior, in fact, I am not saving others, but looking for the self-salvation of the soul, the good news is that in this process of searching, self-healing is easily completed, and I firmly believe that since I can heal myself, I will be able to heal others.

Day and night when I wrote poetry, I was pouring out to myself every day: a swallow of pure love, the king of the spirit bird, flying low in the dusk, shouting in the eight waters, she never really belonged to a certain person, something, and in the heavens and the earth, everywhere is her shadow... At this moment, it is impossible to distinguish between man and wine, heaven and earth, you and me, the boundary between saint and mortal, everything is in poetry, and everything seems to be a fictional existence, unconsciously, into the whole world of unity.

This is the charm of poetry, everything comes from the creativity of the heart, everything is the manifestation of the heart, just as some people see wine in my poems, some people see Zen Tao, some people see mental law, some people see art, some people see bittersweet, some people see ancient and modern, some people see body phase, of course, some people see..., all seeing is correct! The point is that you decide who you are! At what latitude is your consciousness? Which latitude phase will manifest!

In the process of creating this group of poems, my heart is like a pearl presenting countless aspects, I used my insight to see a lot of spiritual backgrounds that cannot be seen under the surface consciousness, saw all kinds of obsessions, all kinds of loss, all kinds of cultivation obstacles, these are from the deep consciousness information that the naked eye can't see, but in the state of extreme concentration and extreme purity in writing poetry, the various energies that were once squeezed and hidden under the iceberg instantly hit me like a flood breaking the embankment, impacting my soul, and the good thing is that I have turned this power into the driving force of creation, as if I had received divine help, and it can be said that the power of poetry has completed the heart and healed the long-standing pain of the soul.
