From design samples, polishing the first draft to the final submission and review, after more than two years, the designers of Shangjiukai took the Winter Olympics and Traditional Chinese Culture as elements, and finally screened out more than 60 products into production in more than 300 product plans. These Winter Olympic gifts use Song Jin materials in parts, which increase the beauty and pricing is more close to the people, which brings good market response.

Song Jin originated in the last years of the Song Dynasty and is one of the traditional silk crafts on the mainland. Song Jin is gorgeous in color, exquisite in pattern and firm in texture, and has been given China's "Crown of Splendid Embroidery". However, before 2012, due to the fact that the traditional Song brocade can only be woven by hand, the output is low, the quality is unstable, the practicality and industry are poor, the Song brocade once faced the embarrassing situation of "technical loss and lack of people".

Wu Jianhua, chairman of Suzhou Shangjiukai Silk Technology and Culture Co., Ltd., told the News News reporter that in 2012, before the industrialization of Song Jin was restored, there was only one shuttle machine in the whole city of Suzhou that was doing Song Jin, and you could not see Song Jin in the market, when Song Jin was almost in a situation of survival in name only. In 2009, he bought the Near-closed Soochow Silk Factory despite his opposition, and the inventory, equipment, etc. should be taken over, but the seemingly reckless move laid a good technical foundation for him. "In 2011, we had already begun to provide silk gifts to national leaders, and at that time, some leaders gave us some directional advice, and then I thought of Song Jin, and at that time I began to plan and plan to resume Song Jin's production." Wu Jianhua said that his Song Jin's brand name "Shangjiu Kai" also originated from the predecessor of the Eastern Wu Silk Factory, "Shangjiukan".

The weaving process of Song Brocade is extremely complex, considering both the organizational structure and the pattern. The handmade Song Jin can only weave 10 centimeters a day. Its unique process puts forward many requirements for production equipment, and Wu Jianhua strives to find a balance between handicraft and machine production. In 2012, Wu Jianhua led the team to successfully develop an electronic jacquard machine that conforms to the traditional Song brocade weaving process and various technical parameters, which greatly improves the efficiency of Song brocade production.

Mechanized production has laid a solid foundation for the development of Songjin's industrialization. At the same time, the inheritance and protection of the traditional hand-weaving process of Song Jin is also in parallel. In order to better inherit and carry forward the intangible cultural heritage, the first China Songjin Cultural Park in China, which integrates science education, ecological leisure, tourism and shopping, with song jin as the theme, has been completed in Suzhou. The cultural park has hired inheritors of Song brocade weaving skills and potential apprentices to make Song brocade works by hand and inherit Song brocade weaving skills.
