Sky: Crystal Palace want to go on loan to Van der Beek, and the player's father-in-law, Bergkamp, has been in contact with Vieira

According to Sky Sports, Crystal Palace is negotiating a loan loan with Manchester United, and the player's father-in-law Bergkamp has also contacted Crystal Palace manager Vieira.

Reports say Vieira is pushing for the deal and United are open to Van de Beek's loan departure, but the other side must pay the full loan fee as well as the player's salary. Valencia in La Liga were also interested in loaning Vanderbeek, but the player's salary became an obstacle to the trade.

Van de Beek has yet to make a start in a Premier League game this season, and the players prioritise being able to have a stable playing time. Van de Beek's current contract with Manchester United expires in 2025 and the team will discuss his long-term future this summer.
