Recently, overseas media released a set of Mercedes-AMG C63 Estate road test spy photos, the new car is a high-performance model based on the Mercedes-Benz C-class station wagon, will abandon the AMG V8 engine, replaced by a new 2.0T turbo engine + electric motor composed of hybrid system. It is reported that the new car is expected to be officially unveiled in the second half of this year.
In terms of appearance, from the spy photos exposed by foreign media, the new car is covered with thick camouflage, the front face will be equipped with a signature straight waterfall air intake grille, the LED headlight group on both sides is sharply shaped, and the lower part is equipped with a three-stage air intake. On the side, the new car adopts a station wagon design, the body line is full and smooth, and the bottom of the body is equipped with AMG sporty style large multi-spoke wheels. The rear part of the car will be equipped with inverted triangular taillights, and a four-sided exhaust will be used on both sides.
In terms of power, the Mercedes-AMG C63 Estate will no longer be equipped with AMG's powerful V8 engine, but will be equipped with a new hybrid system composed of a new 2.0T turbocharged engine + electric motor, which is more powerful than the V8 engine, with a maximum power of 485kW, and the transmission system matches the 9-speed automatic transmission and adopts all-wheel drive.
