Notice on the open recruitment of team members to form a Liaoning Provincial Youth Equestrian Team
In order to fully implement the national development strategy of sports and education integration, and promote the sustainable development of equestrian sports in Liaoning Province. According to the layout of the equestrian projects of the Provincial Sports Bureau and the long-term preparation plan of the equestrian captains of Liaoning Province, the equestrian talents and horse reserves of the "Three Youth Games" and the 2025 and 2029 National Games were done in advance, and the Liaoning Provincial Youth and Junior Equestrian Teams were officially established in early 2022 after reporting to the Provincial Sports Bureau for research and decision. The following notice is hereby given on matters relating to the recruitment of team members:
1. The purpose of forming a youth team
Bring together outstanding young equestrian reserve talents in the province, under the unified organization and guidance of the Provincial Sports Bureau, allocate high-level coaches and event resources, and adopt a decentralized and phased centralized training method, so as to enhance the competitive ability of young equestrians and shape high-level talents in young equestrians with comprehensive development of morality, intellect and body.
2. Composition of the youth team (18 players).
(1) Liaoning Provincial Youth Team (U21)
1. Age requirement: 17-21 years old.
2. Number of team members: 4 people in the venue obstacle course, 2 people in the dressage dance steps, and 2 people in two (obstacles, dance steps) comprehensive.
(2) Liaoning Provincial Junior Team (U16)
1. Age requirement: 9-16 years old.
2. Number of team members: 8 people on the field obstacles, 2 people in dressage dance steps.
3. The team of coaches is composed
(1) Coach expert group
The team of field obstacle and dressage coaches is composed of the current coaches of the Liaoning Provincial Equestrian Team.
Task: Participate in the observation, analysis and guidance of the team members' usual training. Review the training plan, regularly check the training effect, assess the technical ability of the human and horse, solve the training problem, and propose to improve the training means and methods.
Participate in the organization of training for intensive training.
(2) Coaching staff
The current coach of the selected players is the coach of the Liaoning Provincial Youth Youth Team.
Tasks: Participate in the formulation of training plans, perform decentralized training and competition guidance, and participate in the assistant work of centralized training.
(3) Hire foreign coaches to participate in the teaching work of centralized training in a timely manner.
Fourth, the training method
(1) Under the premise of not affecting students' learning, decentralized training is the mainstay. That is, the team members perform training tasks at the original training site. The current coach is the coach of the Liaoning Provincial Youth Youth Team, responsible for formulating a preliminary training plan, implementing the training content, and regularly reporting the stage training and competition status through video for the coach expert group to analyze and judge, and give guidance.
(2) Combined with winter and summer vacations and the national competition cycle, organize young people to conduct short-term intensive training from time to time, and the coaching expert group (coaching participation) training guidance work. To improve the skills of people and horses, improve the comprehensive quality of specialties such as participation, physical fitness and psychology.
(3) Strive for wild cards to obtain the opportunity to participate in major international and domestic competitions.
5. Recruitment conditions
(1) Young people of appropriate age who have the nationality of the People's Republic of China, are patriotic and law-abiding, have excellent character and learning, are active and enterprising, love equestrian sports, and have the belief in winning honors for equestrianism in Liaoning Province.
(2) Obey the management of the Liaoning Provincial Youth Equestrian Team, abide by the regulations of the team and the "Liaoning Provincial Youth Team Management Measures", sign the enlistment agreement, and provide a copy of the personal accident insurance policy.
(3) Participate in the 2019-2021 National Youth Equestrian Project System Competition, and the top six results will be selected first.
(4) There are merit-based admissions for participating in national youth equestrian events organized by the China Horse Association.
(5) Any team member who participates in the results of youth equestrian competitions at or above the provincial level or shows excellent potential.
6. The way to be selected
All school-age adolescents who meet the above selection conditions can also be recommended by the equestrian associations and equestrian clubs of various cities (districts) after they or their parents submit a self-nomination application.

VIII. Selection Procedures
For the team members who apply for it and are recommended by the club or the municipal (district) association, the Liaoning Provincial Equestrian Team will organize coaches and experts to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the learning performance according to the results and specific conditions of the competition, as well as comprehensive special skills.
After the list of personnel is determined, the Liaoning Provincial Equestrian Team will be announced in March 2022.
