With the qualification of the host, the Chinese curling team will participate in all 3 minor competitions.
The men's team lineup is Ma Xiuyue, Zou Qiang, Wang Zhiyu, Xu Jingtao, Jiang Dongxu, the women's team lineup is Han Yu, Dong Ziqi, Zhang Lijun, Jiang Xindi and Wang Rui, and the mixed doubles lineup is Ling Zhi/Fan Suyuan. This lineup is both old and new, and the female players are generally young, all of them are post-95s, of which Han Yu, who was born in 2000, is the youngest member of the team. The male players are older, and the oldest is Ma Xiuyue, who was born in 1991. For the Winter Olympics, this is 3 brand new teams, except for Jiang Xindi and Wang Rui, the rest of the athletes are all participating in the Winter Olympics for the first time. At the last Pyeongchang Winter Olympics, Jiang Xindi was one of the women's team members, and Wang Rui participated in the mixed doubles competition.

In order to select the best athletes to represent the country in the Beijing Winter Olympic Games, the Winter Games Center of the General Administration of Sport of the People's Republic of China has been conducting a six-week weekly selection competition since the end of November 2021, with a total of 2 men's teams, 2 women's teams and 5 mixed doubles teams participating in the competition. From the establishment of the challenge team to the Selection of the Winter Olympic Team, the open selection strategy of the Curling Team runs through the entire process of the Selection of the Winter Olympic Team. According to the curling team leader Yu Haijuan, the selection competition adopts the standards of the Winter Olympic curling project competition, and the refereeing technical team of the venue is also from the Beijing Winter Olympic Team. Through the ranking of event points, the individual technical ability of the athletes and the performance of the team, the athletes are comprehensively considered to determine the lineup of the Winter Olympic Games.

Curling was once a breakthrough in China's ice sports, with the women's team winning the bronze medal in its debut at the Winter Olympics in 2010 and the men's team finishing fourth at the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics, which is still the best result for the Asian men's team at the Winter Olympics.
