The average price of graphics cards has finally begun to decline, driven by multiple factors or formed a downward trend

Recently, 3DCenter has compiled the latest graphics card price trends, and since entering 2022, the prices of NVIDIA GeForce RTX 30 series and AMD Radeon RX 6000 series graphics cards have both declined and seem to have become a trend. The former is 177% of the official suggested retail price, while the latter is 167%. Of course, this price change may be related to the recent cryptocurrency crash, so it will take another week or two to confirm.

After a high decline in May last year, the average price of GeForce RTX 30 Series and Radeon RX 6000 Series graphics cards is almost always slowly rising throughout the second half of 2021. With the recent launch of the GeForce RTX 3050 and Radeon RX 6500XT, the update of low-end graphics cards may have a certain impact on the next price trend. Recently, there has been some good news in the graphics card market, and the further easing of shortages in the supply chain has also helped to increase the supply of graphics cards.

It should also be noted that Nvidia has recently begun to raise the price of GeForce RTX 30 Founders Edition graphics cards in the European Union, which means that the official Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of 3DCenter as a reference standard also needs to be updated. To accommodate the changes, 3DCenter will change the reference list price from USD to EUR, including additional VAT. According to the current price trend of GeForce RTX 30 series and Radeon RX 6000 series graphics cards, there may be a more significant decline in the next data update.

Although the graphics card price trends summarized by 3DCenter have certain limitations, they are still the most accurate price trend analysis at present.
