Heze is the birthplace of Shandong Guzheng music, which has a long history, especially in yuncheng and juancheng, which is known as the "hometown of yunzhen zhengqin". Recently, the Shandong Provincial People's Government announced the announcement of the winning projects of the Fifth Shandong Cultural Innovation Award, of which "Zhengsheng Lu Yun - The Innovative Practice of Lu Zheng Art Museum with Lehua People" was selected for the Fifth Shandong Provincial Cultural Innovation Award.
It is reported that the project is jointly completed by Heze College and Yuncheng Shandong Guzheng Research and Development Center, relying on the construction of "Luzheng Art Museum", actively building a Shandong Guzheng music education inheritance system, and strengthening the exchange and dissemination of Shandong Guzheng music and the practice of cultural education. In recent years, the project has won more than 20 awards for competitions at or above the provincial and ministerial levels, and participated in more than 10 art exchange activities at home and abroad, which is an important achievement in the implementation of traditional culture into the campus activities, and also a strong promotion for inheriting and innovating intangible cultural heritage and strengthening aesthetic education.
Promote excellent music culture and inherit folk art treasures
The campus of Heze College "hides" a distinctive museum - Lu Zheng Art Museum, which contains the relics of Shandong Guzheng Music, music scores, folk guzheng, photos, kite-making tools, etc., which comprehensively shows the breadth and depth of Shandong Guzheng music art, and has a performing arts hall and an elegant hall for live performance display, art exchange and aesthetic education for students. The museum shows the development of the guzheng, but the inheritance of thousands of years of musical culture and artistic treasures.
The zither is one of the oldest plucked instruments in the mainland. Later Han Liu Xi's "Interpretation of the Name" kite said that "the strings are high and urgent, and the kites are also", so it is called "kite". In the development history of more than 2,500 years, zheng music has been integrated with opera, rap and folk music from all over the world to form different genres with their own characteristics, which is the so-called "vast nine schools of China". With its long and orderly history, profound and intriguing tunes, exquisite and profound and unique artistic characteristics, Shandong Guzheng Music occupies an important position in Chinese guzheng art, and was selected into the second batch of national intangible cultural heritage list in 2008.
In March 2014, the Ministry of Education issued the "Guiding Outline for Improving the Education of Chinese Excellent Traditional Culture", which clearly requires "integrating Chinese excellent traditional culture into the curriculum and teaching material system", and pointed out that it is necessary to improve the independent learning and exploration ability of college students on Chinese excellent traditional culture, cultivate their awareness of cultural innovation, and enhance their sense of responsibility and mission in inheriting and promoting China's excellent traditional culture. Therefore, it is particularly important to strengthen the study of excellent traditional culture by college students, enhance their cultural self-confidence, and then take the initiative to inherit and innovate the excellent traditional Chinese culture.
Heze College has always attached great importance to the excavation and collation of local excellent traditional culture and the inheritance of education, and has made fruitful innovations in the inheritance system, theoretical research, artistic practice and construction of characteristic courses of Heze folk music culture, and the practice of the education model of "educating people with beauty and transforming people with music". In 2008, Heze College was rated as "Shandong Provincial Intangible Cultural Heritage Research Base"; "Qinzheng Qingqu" and "Shandong Zizi" projects were selected as the "Shandong Province Chinese Excellent Traditional Culture Inheritance Base" in 2018 and 2019 respectively; the musicology major was selected as the first-class undergraduate major in Shandong Province in 2019; the "Shandong Qinshu" was selected as the "13th Five-Year Plan" key discipline of Shandong Province's culture and art science; and the "Shandong Qinshu Talent Training" was selected as the second prize of the 8th Shandong Provincial Higher Education Outstanding Teaching Achievements.
Under the guidance of important concepts such as "promoting excellent music culture and inheriting folk art treasures", Heze College introduced Shandong Guzheng Music, a national intangible cultural heritage, into the university classroom in 2013, incorporated it into the music professional curriculum system, and actively promoted discipline construction and inheritance teaching. At the same time, under the strong advocacy of Mr. Zhao Dengdeng, the master of zheng music, after raising resources from many sources, it took 3 years to prepare for the construction of the "Lu Zheng Art Museum", which was successfully opened in June 2021.
Construct a Shandong Guzheng music education inheritance system
"Lu Zheng Art Museum" takes the historical materials, classics, musical scores, audio-visual, musical instruments, relics of the Zither family, and zheng art production of Shandong Guzheng music as the main collection objects, and also displays Xuzhou's Pan-style transpose kite, pear solid wood kite, nano kite combined with high-tech innovation and research and development, etc., and has a performing arts hall and an elegant collection hall for live performance display and artistic exchanges, comprehensively showing the development process and artistic achievements of Shandong zheng music. It has created a real scene for immersive experience for the exchange and dissemination of zhengle art, inheritance and innovation, and cultural education.
In order to benefit the students of Xinxin across the country, Heze College has built Guzheng network course resources, organically combined classroom teaching, performance elements and stage practice, and at the same time scientifically constructed the offline curriculum system of Shandong Guzheng Music, it has used modern educational information technology to vigorously promote the construction of online teaching resources for Guzheng courses, among which the course "Instrumental Music - Guzheng Performance (Shandong Guzheng Inheritance)" taught by Teacher Fang Hongying of Heze College was successfully selected as a course on the platform of the Shandong Provincial Higher Education Curriculum Alliance for the 2020-2021 academic year. Heze College not only cultivates Shandong Guzheng music performance talents and opens Shandong Guzheng music quality elective courses in the school, but also benefits Xinxin students in the province and even the whole country through the online teaching platform, so as to achieve the purpose of aesthetic education and education. It has made positive contributions to docking the "Double Ten Thousand Plan" of first-class courses, accelerating the co-construction and sharing of high-quality curriculum resources in colleges and universities in the province, deepening the reform of the credit system, and promoting the innovation of talent training models in colleges and universities.
Shandong guzheng music has been passed down in an orderly manner in the form of oral transmission in Heze folk, and a large number of outstanding performers with high achievements have been born. In 2013, Heze College incorporated Shandong Guzheng music into the professional curriculum system and aesthetic education curriculum system, actively promoted discipline construction and inheritance teaching, and brought Shandong Guzheng music and other folk music programs into primary and secondary schools, making unremitting efforts to inherit and carry forward the traditional art of Shandong Zither music and promote the excellent national culture.

With the innovative practice of Lehua people, Luzheng Art Museum has opened up a new model of inheriting local excellent folk music culture and "educating people with beauty and transforming people with music", and has achieved a series of fruitful results in teaching, scientific research, talent training, and serving localities. In the past ten years, it has trained more than 500 guzheng professionals; for students of more than 20 faculties and departments of the university, it has carried out quality elective courses, cultural experience and cultural lecture courses, reaching more than 800 hours; at the same time, relying on the new era of educational information technology, the guzheng performance (Shandong Pai Zheng Music Inheritance) course was successfully selected as a course on the platform of the Shandong Provincial Higher Education Curriculum Alliance in 2020, and more than 60 hours of online teaching in one academic year.
The Shandong Guzheng Music Program rehearsed by heze College 'College Students Zhengle Art Troupe' has participated in many literary and artistic performance activities and discipline competitions, participated in more than 30 literary and artistic performances in the past 5 years, won more than 20 awards in competitions at or above the provincial and ministerial levels, and participated in more than 10 art exchange activities at home and abroad. The project of "Zhengsheng LuYun - The Innovative Practice of Lu Zheng Art Museum with Lehua People" and related enterprises actively explore new ways for culture and economy, culture and tourism, art and industry to interact and integrate development. The University Student Zither Orchestra actively participates in the large-scale water live performance of the "Caozhou Yin" International Peony Flower Festival, which lasts for one month every year.
