According to reports, the quantum chip manufacturing and packaging laboratory will carry out process development and engineering tape-out verification in the field of extremely low-temperature integrated circuits, realize the development of the whole chain from quantum chip design to packaging and testing, focusing on quantum chip design, semiconductor and superconducting quantum chip design and packaging testing.
The quantum computing assembly and testing laboratory will realize the assembly and testing of quantum chips, quantum measurement and control instruments, quantum operating systems, and quantum software. Here, Origin Quantum will complete the assembly of quantum chips like CPUs, instrumentation for quantum measurement and control, and operating systems and application software.
