According to Times reporter Gary Jacob, Tottenham Hotspur are close to signing Tottenham winger Traore for £20 million.
Traore, 26, has played 22 games for Wolves in all competitions this season and has scored one goal. Spurs decided to speed up the process of bringing in Traore after assessing another reinforcement target, Brighton player Lamptei, who was overpriced.
