Zhongxin Jingwei, January 24 -- On Monday night Beijing time, the three major US stock indexes opened with a sharp decline. The NASDAQ fell more than 2 percent, while the S&P 500 and Dow fell 1.6 percent.
Big tech stocks fell, with Nvidia falling more than 4 percent, Google and Netflix falling more than 3 percent, and Amazon falling more than 2 percent.
Among the U.S. new energy vehicle stocks, ARVL fell 10.2%, Tucson Future fell 8.0%, "Tesla killer" Rivian fell 7.4%, Fisker fell 7.2%, tesla fell 5.2%.
Popular Chinese stocks slumped, Pinduoduo, Alibaba fell more than 4%, Weilai Automobile's U.S. stock market fell 6.6%, Xiaopeng Automobile fell 5.7%, Happy Automobile fell 5.6%, B station fell 4.9%, Futu Securities fell 5.0%, Dada and Gaotu Education fell 4.2%, Tencent Music fell 4.1%, NetEase fell 3.6%, Shell fell 4.1%, NetEase Youdao fell 3.1%, Ideal Auto and Baidu fell 2.4%, iQiyi fell 2.1%, JD.com fell 1.6%.
