In fact, the passive and active skills of the guards have already provided excellent pursuit capabilities, and it does not make much sense to introduce the pursuit skills. On the contrary, if you can enhance your self-protection ability, you may let the strength of the guards go to a higher level.
However, for the sake of weapon balance, Tom, a guard with stronger self-protection ability, must sacrifice a certain amount of attack and control ability.

After Lv3's first whistle blow is complete, Tom the Guard gets a 3-second free control effect. During the duration of the skill, the guard can blow the whistle again and switch the guard to the pursuing state. The guards will actively pursue the alerted enemy character, but the swing before the knife is greatly increased.
