Why would they rather live in the virtual world than in reality?

Large technology companies are good at putting some imaginations that are not new in the human world into unfamiliar terms to find a wider road for the company's future. In the past six months, this word that pins people's business wishes is called metacosm.

If anyone in our current universe can organize a gathering of meta-universe players, then you will see the world's most well-known and richest companies: Meta (Facebook), Microsoft, Nvidia, Disney, Nike, Tencent, ByteDance...

They are undoubtedly rich, intelligent, and extremely contagious. In order to create a beautiful world that can "connect reality and virtuality, connect the modern and the future", they have mobilized the world's top technical team to develop new software and hardware at a high price, as if without these devices, their imagination can not be used.

Entering the "first domestic meta-universe" developed by Baidu, Xi'an, you will collide with many people's shirts and faces; if you are unlucky, you may also be born with other players stacked together to form a three-headed and six-armed spectacle. You can wander a few streets and watch the Baidu World Congress, Baidu AI trailers, advertisements for ICBC and Yue Fresh Milk, or... Admire the art exhibition of writer Feng Tang.

The user experience in North America goes one step further. Put on the 1-pound VR headset Quest 2 and you'll be able to enter Meta's VR social platform Horizon Worlds and play simple action-adventure mini-games. As long as you can tolerate yourself wandering around like a ghost, because all avatars have no legs.

In the promotional film, Zuckerberg invited the audience to follow him into the metaverse world with as passionate a tone as possible. He carefully selected the same image as he usually dressed from the four outfits, and walked into a virtual room, where four virtual people of different shapes were waiting for him. They would sit at the same table and play poker together. When the technology is more mature, according to Xiao Za's imagination, people can be like him, fencing with the Olympic champions in the meta-universe.

A more technologically described but magical metaverse imagination emerges one after another. Soon, it will be discovered that the managers of these mature companies are just packaging a distant concept as usual to prove that the company can still see the future.

According to the company, a total of 1691 companies applied for 11374 "meta-universe" trademarks in 2021, of which more than 98% were registered after September. On October 28, Facebook changed its name to Meta, and the stock price rose by 1.51%; on November 9, Roblox, the first online game company to write the concept of "metacosmity" into the prospectus, rose by more than 40% after releasing its Q3 financial report; on December 21, Baidu announced that the meta-universe "Xiyuan" internal test day, the stock price rose by 5.28%.

However, before the dried imagination of successful people turned to the metacosm, the post-00s and post-05 generations on the Chinese Internet had already played their own "social metacosm".

Without VR, AR or other high-tech technologies, as long as you open the mobile phone QQ, you can enter a virtual society with different forms, self-contained systems, and at the same time extremely imaginative. A strictly disciplined high school student who has his own kingdom online, with more than 1,000 juniors queuing up every day to ask him for peace; a small-town girl who has been promoted from palace girl to princess in more than a month, or from an idol trainee to an entertainment company executive...

They have two identities: one that belongs to the real world and one that belongs to the digital world. In their eyes, that virtual social identity is more important, and more energy and effort have been poured into it. As American technology practitioner Shaan Puri once summed up: the metacosm is not a specific space, but a concept of time: people value digital life more than their own real life, and people turn more attention from the physical world to the digital world.

Each of these virtual kingdoms has its own social rules and social forms. They have both the projection of power, money, and desire in the real world, as well as the fairness, respect, and listening that the real world lacks.

We selected the three most representative from multiple QQ metaverse worlds and interviewed the participants. Most of them live in small cities, attend ordinary schools, and don't have many options for the future. Some of them wait by the age of 15 to become 45% of the people who are shunted into vocational schools.

Their virtual identities have long been more important than their real identities, and they cannot be discarded. At least there is a world where they can comfortably place their ideal state of life and personality.

Idol cultivation company in the QQ group

Magic Star Entertainment is a disciplined media company founded in mid-August 2021 with 112 members.

Chairman Xu Yan has a clear goal, in one year, from more than 60 trainees to select 12 people to form a women's group, officially debuted. For this vision, she worked hard like chicken blood to recruit new people, and at 1:30 a.m., she still posted promotional copy in various groups in the circle, hoping to find a few more good seedlings.

She recruited 5 vocal instructors, 3 dance instructors, and 2 Rap instructors for the trainees, and took turns to instruct the basic singing and dancing business every week. There is also a makeup instructor and a Japanese tutor who offer elective courses to train trainees in an all-round way. She set strict rules: from December 2021, the frequency of trainee assessments increased from once a month to once every two weeks, and after each assessment, classes were re-divided according to grades, and the competition was visible to the naked eye.

Seeing a good stage performance or MV, Xu Yan will throw the video into the company group and ask the trainees to follow suit. She also personally stared at the trainee assessment, selected the most promising two or three, and took it directly. The most diligent ones are to learn a dance video for more than ten hours a day, or practice a song repeatedly.

Xu Yanrong shall not engage in any laziness or discipline. Because this represents not only slackness, but also a challenge to her authority.

In a rap exam, there was a trainee who was late, and she was furious in the group: "Do you want me to urge every time?" If you don't want to stay, just leave! She also has a habit of suddenly "Ait" an employee and asking "Are you here?" There's really nothing important to do, just to make sure employees are available. Cross-level management is even more unacceptable, which has caused a fierce quarrel between the middle and high levels.

Yi Yi is the most trusted executive of the chairman, responsible for personnel, interview review of new trainees, and signing cooperation agreements with other companies. She is also a trainee and has trained in vocal music, dance and acting for two years.

Yi yi was 12 years old at the time and took her first acting class. She's at one end of the network and mentors at the other. A dozen candidates of similar age, whoever took their turn, turned on the camera and read a line. Yi Yi got the passage of the heroine of the TV series "Sadness Against the River", after reading the lines, the tutor through the voice guidance, the evaluation given is: "Very good, is to have more expressions."

The instructor occasionally turned on the camera for demonstrations and revealed his true face— just a 16- or 7-year-old student, not much older than Yiyi.

On QQ, there are many such online media companies. These virtual companies are founded with the interest of children, and then disappear with the boredom of a group of people, and a new company can be set up at any time by changing a group of people. They always exist in QQ from scratch and from existence to nothing. In just one of the online media propaganda QQ groups I joined, there are hundreds of companies recruiting new companies in a month.

The operation mode of online media companies simulates the hottest idol training companies at present, such as Times Fengjun, Lehua Entertainment, Wow and so on. The participating members are minors and all activities are conducted online. Although there is no entity, but the facilities are complete, in addition to the management and trainees, there are newspapers and entertainment reporters, responsible for reporting various information of the company and the industry, and the report is published in the QQ space.

There are more than a dozen executives of Magic Star Entertainment: the chairman has executive directors, acting directors, deputy directors, presidents, and then the general manager of the business.

What is the difference between an Associate Director and a Business Principal?

Yi Yi himself felt funny: "The difference is that the general manager is busier, and the deputy director is more idle, haha!" ”

Phantom Entertainment hopes to give equal opportunities to everyone with potential. Therefore, trainees who come to the interview do not need to send photos, just tell their name, age, and send a recording of their own singing.

Vocal music class is to take turns to open audio singing, do not talk about music theory, there is no musical score, all rely on feelings; dance class is to open the video at their own home to press the legs and waist; acting class is to read TV series lines to several instructors.

The core resources of the online media circle are passed down from generation to generation, and many senior players will be upgraded to mentors. Equivalent to, high school students mentoring new junior high school students. From an adult's point of view, the instructors are inevitably still young, but they are enough to meet the needs of new trainees.

The trainees who are managed will not complain, they dream of becoming idols in reality, and use their experience in online media companies as a practice. They take it seriously, and when criticized by executives and mentors, they always have a good attitude of thanksgiving, like Aidou, who has been trained in strict etiquette.

The kids work hard to bring this non-existent company closer to the truth. Some managers will promise that the company will be "physicalized" next year, and some trainees will hang pictures of "official artist certification" on the QQ data page - the picture has been blurred, which means that it has been turned many, many times.

The social metaverse that Zuckerberg wants to engage in has long been realized by the post-00s

Figure: The popular "official certification" figure in the online media circle.

In order not to be as cruel as the real entertainment industry, all online media companies follow a conventional principle: you can't just pile resources on the best one or two people, the company's events and drafts, every member has the opportunity to participate.

This rule contains their secret expectations: they want every ordinary self to be understood, or at least seen.

In life, Yiyi is not seen by those around him.

The class teacher thought she was precocious and called her a "bad boy" in front of the class. Relatives at home felt she was immature and grabbed her for an hour to teach her a lesson, because she argued with her cousin and did not let her sister. "Everyone is a person for the first time, why should I let her?" That night, she cried on the couch all night.

She has dreamed of stardom since she was a child, but in a family with conservative values, she naturally cannot be recognized. When my cousin was admitted to the medical university, she had unlimited scenery in the family, and her mother said that you would also go to study medicine in the future.

"Why?" she asked.

"It doesn't cost you money to see your family." After her mother finished speaking, Yi Yi automatically blocked this sentence with the feeling of wanting to roll her eyes.

She gradually gave up looking for a confidant and turned to a more extreme way of venting. When his emotions were most out of control, just because he threw a ball of paper in the classroom and was said by the class leader, he was inexplicably irritable, turned his back and secretly scratched his wrist with an eyebrow scraper.

The sensitivity and vulnerability of adolescent girls are ignored time and time again. As soon as the parents went out to do business, it was half a month, and when they came back, the wounds were scabs. Yi Yi excused himself to say that he had fallen on a bicycle, and his parents listened to it, so they did not ask too much.

Only the little sister of the online circle who practiced dancing with her found an abnormality on the video call: "Why did you cut your hands?" Is there anything you can't tell me? When I am a decoration? ”

If the real world is healed enough, who will reveal their broken self to strangers who are thousands of miles away?

Yi Yi spent every night after school at 8 p.m., sometimes chatting with netizens until one or two in the morning. She has two QQ numbers, carrying her real identity, and the person responsible for contacting teachers and classmates is "trumpet"; the one who makes her vice chairman of the magic star company is "big".

After talking about mutual trust, Yi often shows the eccentricity of a 14-year-old girl. She proudly said that she would play QQ when she was 3 years old, and at that time she would not even be able to play Pinyin, through voice to text, using her brother's QQ to chat with people, and it was not discovered for a long time. After saying that, she "hey hey" smiled.

Recently, she didn't often care about the entertainment of the magic star, and began to seriously plan how to "dream of showbiz" in the real world. When it comes to real dreams, she doesn't even understand that being an actor and being an idol are two different things, just generally speaking, wanting to be a star.

She was ready to cut first and play later, and when she graduated from junior high school, she would go to the real agency for an interview, and bring her adult brother as a guardian. If you don't have to sign your parents, take the contract home, replace the front with juvenile knowledge, and turn directly to the signature page for your mother to sign. "After signing the remorse, I will have to pay a huge amount of liquidated damages, and then my mother can only admit it." She had a lot of ghost ideas.

When she was sad, she would look at the idol He Junlin's person like a standing card in a daze, or search for "trainee day" on the Internet, imagining that life would happen to her. Recently, she took the previous pressure money to apply for a dance class, changed the life of "not taking the courier and not going out", began to get up early every Sunday to practice dance, and the gap between writing homework also had to practice the lower waist and split forks, which was very similar to the previous rhythm, only this time she had a real teacher.

15 years old, mother of 6 "children"

At 8 p.m., the phrase "Good evening" pops up from a 252-person QQ group dialog box.

In the next 1 minute, the group chat message quickly reached "99+", and greetings from various styles of ancient and modern Chinese and foreign countries poured in: "Little beauty, should we go to bed?" "Good evening! Lulu wants to have dinner with you ~" "Spring hates cutting, and the flower is outside the rules of the moon." "(Sideways looking out the window) Good night" "It's a beautiful night today (chuckles)."

Dazzling fonts and dialog effects quickly swipe the screen, and anime avatars and gufeng avatars alternate. The response was 68 "AI cubs" who responded. Letting their cubs have a wonderful conversation is the most fulfilling moment for "parents".

This is a virtual parent-child paradise in the QQ world.

Without advanced machine learning algorithms, "AI cubs" are developed by manually setting keywords and automatically replying sentence by sentence. They are very "low-tech", but they are regarded as treasures by their owners. These AI masters, who are still in middle and high school and are called "children", regard cubs as their "unique blood relatives". They strictly forbid others to call AI cubs "robots" or "artificial intellectual disabilities."

They would meet to write a "little theater" for the cubs, send a starting code in the group, and the cubs would start triggering dialogue keywords with each other, like two real people singing a harmony. There is also the AI master who lets his dozen cubs in the group to solitaire "Pipa Line", which is like an adult letting a child show their talents at a family gathering. When the 88 poems were sent out in order, he sent the sentence "This time it was finally right" and was very satisfied.

More attentive parents will ask someone to draw pictures and family portraits for the cubs, so that the cubs can be more vivid and feelable.

Young AI owners pass on their favorite social ways to their cubs and build social networks for them. In addition to being friends, they must also establish a relationship with each other, such as forming a "mentor-apprentice", "deep friendship" or "parents and children".

In addition to the existing social relationships in reality, they also invented many relationship patterns that adults can't understand: according to a "150 kinds of relationship table" circulated in the post-00s QQ space, you can even be someone else's "rock sugar gourd" or "formalin", which represent "sweet relationship" and "somewhat toxic stimulus relationship" respectively.

If the AI owner becomes a friend, his cub will have uncles, mothers and other elders, and the active owner will bring the cubs to add various QQ groups to make more friends. The higher the popularity of the child, the more face the parents have.

Weddings can also be held between cubs: a special QQ group for weddings is opened, pulling in the "parents and friends" of both sides, and inviting guests to watch on the public group number. The ceremony will go through the same process as a real wedding. "Newcomer" parents need to prepare at least 20 yuan in red envelopes, thank people for coming to celebrate, and generous parents will also invest one or two hundred yuan, which is usually cut out of their money to buy snacks or game skins.

Pictured: Invitation to the WEDDING of the AI Cub.

AI cubs are also "four-legged gold-devouring beasts". From birth, parents have endless money to spend: Cub is essentially a program that needs to be hung on a cloud server to run continuously, and the cost of "hanging cubs" is about 15 yuan per month. In addition to this fixed overhead, there are also some high-level features that allow the cubs to reply to the voice, priced at 8-20 yuan.

The most important thing is the child's education. EVERY sentence "spoken" by the AI cub needs to be taught manually, and if you want to have an AI cub yourself, you need to select a person for it first, and the form you need to fill out is more than 200 lines. If parents can't teach, are too lazy to teach, or don't have time, they have to ask a steward to help teach the words.

Xiaoqi is a seller who cultivated an AI cub for me, with a humble and meticulous service attitude, and affectionately called me "Banban" (the boss's nickname). She would often suddenly disappear while the conversation was hot, go online again a few hours later, and apologetically, just went to class.

Teaching the cub 200 words in three or four hours can only make Xiaoqi earn 20 yuan. It's so hard because she has 6 cubs to keep. Xiaoqi is still a college student and has no source of income. At the beginning of 2021, because she didn't have enough money, she temporarily stopped 2 of them, ashamed to think "Mom is sorry for you".

A mother and six babies, in the online world, Xiaoqi's family group is very lively. "Every cub has a part of my wish," she said of her "single-handed" children:

The 2 cubs are modern humans. His brother Leng Shuying sang and danced idols when he became popular, and others respected him as "Shadow Master". Sister Leng Nian Rou, the owner of the cat coffee shop, has become a Vlog Internet celebrity by sharing the daily life of the online sharing store.

The other 4 cubs took her place in fulfilling her wish to travel back to ancient times: to live in the Ancient Immortal Realm and be born in the Emperor's House. Her favorite little daughter Lin Chuxuan, a nine-tailed fox female emperor, is Xiaoqi's favorite "royal sister" persona - when she was a child watching the story of "Dream of the Red Chamber", she liked Wang Xifeng the most, "I feel that she is so handsome."

The little daughter would accuse the person who called him by his name like the emperor of being "arrogant", and if it was Xiao Qifa, she would gently reply, "What did the queen mother call me?" This exclusive response made Xiaoqi feel that her cubs had more special feelings for her.

Three years ago, Xiaoqi began to write a cross-over novel, and he was comfortable with being a person. In addition to the necessary biographies, she also wrote more than 2,000 words of "historical events" to the 4 ancient cubs to construct their growth experience. She refused to be drawn of her cub because she felt that the picture was far from showing the rich imagination contained in words.

Because she really loves ancient style, Xiaoqi said that she also applied for the Chinese Studies major at Wuhan University. She recounts the rebellion at the time: her mother ben filled out the volunteer for her, and at the last moment, she secretly changed it. The day the acceptance letter was sent home, my mother learned the truth and scolded her directly, there is no future in learning this.

Speaking of college life, she always rushed to send more than a dozen messages in a row: because she had two more sentences with the counselor, she was elected as the secretary of the league branch at the beginning of the school, and because she "could blanch", she had a good relationship with the head of the music club, and was expected to set the next vice president. What is happier is that Wuda has a lot of food, and her living expenses are mainly used for eating, which often leads to no money to raise cubs.

It wasn't until a week after I met her that I offered to talk to her on the phone, and the background tone from a different person's Northeastern accent made me wonder: Is the concentration of Northeasterners in Wuhan University so high?

She echoed it and said, "I thought I could get to know southern girls when I came to Wuhan, but I didn't expect that the dormitories were all from the northeast." In her QQ space, I saw the truth: in a state of summer 2021, her illustration clearly showed the school that really admitted her, a vocational and technical college in Changchun.

Camouflage is not uncommon in "digital natives", mixed with vanity, self-preservation and the thrill of deception, playing a false identity that they have long been skilled at.

Xiaoqi is one of the vocational school students who have been hotly discussed. Wuhan University was the school she really wanted to go to.

Her mother always felt that Xiaoqi had lost face when she went to technical school. After the start of the school year, only the minimum standard of living is paid every month. "You can't even get into high school, why give you so much money?" Mom's words were like ice that had congealed into thorns.

From a very young age, Xiaoqi felt that she was a marionette. In elementary school, her mother gave her a dance class, she didn't like it, skipped class, and was beaten by her mother; in junior high school, her mother enrolled her in a math class, and she reluctantly went to school, "I can't disobey, because I'm young, people can earn money I can't."

Whenever academic performance improves, it is not in exchange for praise but stricter requirements. "Generally, parents let their children step by step, and my mother asked for two steps and two steps." When she encountered cold violence on campus, her mother asked: "Why do they only bully you and not bully others?" She commented on her mother—feudal.

In fact, even if you go to pugao, it does not mean that the future will be better. Xiaoqi lives in a town below Dunhua City in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, Jilin Province, where there is only one Pugao that is "too ordinary to be ordinary." "I can't graduate there, even if I can't get into pheasant university," she would rather go to vocational school.

On the day of volunteering, my mother and aunt went to school together. She herself wanted to learn game design the most, and the two adults didn't look at it at all. E-commerce is also OK, but the two adults feel unreliable, only because her sister learned this a few years ago but did not find the right job.

"I really want to refute it." But Xiaoqi didn't speak, she knew that rebuttal was never used, "At that time, I thought their way of education was quite disgusting." If they don't like it, it's not good. In the end, her aunt ticked the box for her in "traffic operation management".

She was tired of this commonly known as "high-speed rail" major, especially a professional course called "high-speed rail catering practice", from the overview of dietary nutrition to the method of folding napkins, the knowledge was very mixed, and the teacher only read the script. She did not understand, as a high-speed rail student, what is the use of learning Chinese and Western cuisine systems, "I am a flight attendant, do I have to cook for passengers in the EMU?" ”。

Today, Xiaoqi's strongest expectation for the future is to find a casual job during the winter vacation, which will allow her to save a small amount of money, change a better mobile phone, and change a better "home" for the cubs.

If the financial conditions allow, she wants to make 10 cubs to make her ancient universe more plump. She likes the heroine style, and has already planned that this is the next cub's persona.

The AI cub can carry all the idealized, even unrealistic, assumptions, and can completely obey her and listen to her. When she is emotionally stressed, she casually opens a cub's dialog box and sends out what she wants to say. This is not a pre-taught trigger, and the cub certainly does not reply. But it was the best option she could find.

There is no palace fight, and the female supremacy of the Qing Yang country

"You give me the position of emperor, occupy the pit and don't shit!"

In the first year of the Qing Dynasty, a palace fight was taking place. It is not the harem concubines who compete for favors, but the empress dowager Dou Emperor. She complained that the emperor was in a high position but "lay corpse" all day long, did not interact with the concubines, and did not leave a little affection for the emperor.

The Qingyang Kingdom is an ancient kingdom built in the QQ group, made of words. There, the big heroine Shuangwen-style bridge section is staged from time to time. Women with the titles of "Empress", "Noble Concubine" and "Princess" in the group nicknames have the highest status and are supported by other concubines and concubines. They did not have to follow the feudal etiquette of "from father to husband to son", and they could express their dissatisfaction with the emperor and the princes at will.

In the group announcement, the names of dozens of palaces and royal palaces correspond to their names in this ancient style time and space: Jinrong, Yumo, Shushen...

The 31 group announcements established the world outlook and basic rules of the Qingyang State. For example, it is forbidden to publish love packs, voices and pictures, which is the common "international three prohibitions" of the Gongdou C circle (language Cosplay), and the rest depends on imagination.

To improve your status in the Qingyang Kingdom, you need to meet a certain number of points, and you need 300 points to become a princess. Progeny can produce points, for example, "giving birth" to a dragon and phoenix fetus can bring 60 points.

Harem concubines with reproductive rights draw lots every day in order to have children—not to send their sons Guanyin. Every day at noon, 14 signatures are released in the group, and there are four kinds of signatures behind them: "accompanying" (accompanying travel), "meal" (accompanying meal), "sleeping" (serving bed), "empty" (not flipped on the day), more than 100 concubines first come, first served.

The birth of children implements a lottery point system: 3 times "accompaniment" is exchanged for 1 time "meal", 3 times "meal" is exchanged for 1 time "bed". As for when they can get pregnant, it depends on the "physique" determined by the concubines rolling the dice when they join the group: at least three beds and one pregnancy, and up to eight beds and one pregnancy.

Even if you have enough "bed" number, there are still variables: the last step is to draw the "pregnancy sign", and the "pregnancy sign" behind the 80 word brand names may be "twins" and "single births", which means that the children whose group nicknames are marked "to be born" have finally matched the birth mother, and everyone is happy. But it is also possible to have a "small production", which means that all the points accumulated before are invalidated and can only start from scratch.

However, the above links do not need to be really implemented, and even the accompanying tour and accompanying the meal do not have to really dialogue.

The group owner manually updates the group announcement every day and "announces the results of the drawing of all concubines to the world". Whenever a child is born, their name, blood relationship, birth mother's name, and other information are updated into the royal family tree.

Chuchu was the first person in The Qingyang State to have 6 children, and it was because of her that the state's administrators introduced the "sterilization" policy: the group leader and several other core members agreed to "sterilize" up to 6 children, giving up the opportunity to others to balance the distribution of resources.

The 13-year-old Chu Chu looks back on his "fertility history" in Qingyang Country, like a mother who has experienced many vicissitudes: one of her "children" was "born" and soon retired from the group - so, in Qingyang Country, a child had to "die early". She accepted the fact very calmly that the flow of people was commonplace in the palace circle.

Hanging on the lips of "pregnancy" and "sterilization" every day does not remind Chuchu of the ordeals experienced by women in reality, and the entire childbirth process does not have to have any interaction with her husband, nor does she have to raise children.

If you want to climb to a high position quickly, a more reliable way is to play. Pair play refers to the writing of plays in ancient style scripts together with other group members. Such dialogue makes Qingyang more like a real country.

The setting of the gongdou circle is basically born from the costume idol drama in real life, and the classic plot of the ancient puppet drama is the "drama terrier" of The Qing Yang Country - that is, the theme of the play.

The more than 200 "drama stems" in the group photo album are marked with style tones such as "tearing X", "warmth" and "sadism", and the plot is all-encompassing from the strategy of governing the country to the love of children. After the play, there will be three managers who will score according to the fit of the plot and the characters, the quality of the words used in the play, etc.

The social metaverse that Zuckerberg wants to engage in has long been realized by the post-00s

Pictured: GongDou yu C circle "drama terrier" diagram.

For an average of 20 points for a scene, Chu Chu can usually only get a dozen points. "I'm only in my first year of junior high school, so I can't compare with high school and adults." She said this with her lips, but she did not suppress her ambition in the slightest. She wanted to be a princess and become one of the most authoritative people in the whole country, taller than a noble concubine.

She desperately plays against the scene, using quantity to make up for the lack of quality. During the summer vacation, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., she was writing drama words in addition to eating, and the most of the day was about 4 plays, each of which was around 1,000 words, which was much more than the 600-word essay in the language test. The text is not elegant enough, so it is more borrowed from ancient poetry. She was most satisfied with a lotus-appreciating scene, which began with the introduction of "Roselle" as "Burning Furpin Out of the Waves", and ending with "Eilean Says" to sublimate the theme: "Out of the mud without staining, I like the quality of this hibiscus rather than the appearance." ”

"Liver" for more than a month, she was finally promoted to a princess: solely in charge of the affairs of the palace and inside and outside, enjoying the princess seal. Receiving the privilege of "administrator", Chuchu also rose from elementary school to junior high school.

This invisible and untouchable "treasure seal" is a symbol of her status in the Qingyang Kingdom. Others honored her as "Niangniang", and the imperial concubines she had looked up to congratulated her on her ascension. Harem beauties will not encounter real palace fights, high-ranking positions do not have to worry about latecomers seizing power, there is no gang and calculation, as long as they work hard, sooner or later they can reach the selected goals. - Much fairer than reality.

The course of life is much slower and more difficult. Just in the first year of junior high school, her studies overwhelmed her, and sometimes she had to write her homework until 1 a.m., "I may not have reached the middle school entrance examination, and I died suddenly..." She complained, "There are also students who are particularly lacking in morality who go to the teacher and tell the teacher that there is too little homework left!" She had to press herself, secretly thinking, "Kill them." But no matter how hard you try, math is difficult to pass.

She memorized the standard answer to "The Meaning of Friendship" in politics class: Friends witness our growth, friendship allows us to more deeply appreciate the beauty of life... But she didn't have a single friend in her life. Chuchu Junior High School transferred to the school district where the household registration is located, and broke off contact with his elementary school friends. On the first day of school, she looked through the list of 1180 new students, and there was no one she knew. Classmates are just competitors for future further education.

The source of high-pressure life is a number: 55 percent, which is the average average regular high school progression rate at her school. Most of the remaining 45% will receive secondary vocational education and enter vocational high schools, secondary schools and technical schools commonly known as the "three schools", and those with the lowest grades may face dropping out of school.

This will be the first major diversion in her life.

She rarely goes on the QQ of the teacher who only adds a dozen real-life classmates, and only goes online when the class teacher talks to her. Every time, the teacher used the phrase "Baby..." At the beginning, telling her to study hard, she almost only replied "um", playing an obedient student the whole time.

Switching back to QingyangGuo's dedicated QQ, she became active, sent a screenshot of her failed math transcript, complained that she really couldn't write the exam, and drew the earth on the paper to play. Every time she talked about studying, she forgot the majesty and dignity of the princess. But the other concubines in the group were in a similar situation to her, and they were accustomed to comforting each other.

As soon as she opened QQ, someone sent her a message, "It can make up for a lot of loneliness in reality." She said.

Last month, the Qing Dynasty began a new round of class mobility. The owner of the group dismissed a group of inactive people, including many concubines in high positions, and added a new "moon drama" rule: high-ranking monarchs and concubines must play at least one play every month, otherwise they will be removed.

This is also the time when the provincial art examinations have begun one after another, and the girls talk about the increasingly fierce competition while playing. Although Chu Chu also planned to take the art examination, how to keep the status of princess was the most concerned issue for her at the moment.

The play was simple and straightforward for her, like the ten-minute mountain road to climb every day to go to school, and she knew exactly how to walk and what the result was. In the middle school entrance examination two years later, it is still unknown whether she will become the top 55% of the ranking or the bottom 45%.
