Recently, Jeep officially released the official picture of its "Upland" special edition model of the Liberty Man and Guide. The new model basically continues the design of the regular model, but has been upgraded in terms of exterior painting and interior materials, and a new model equipped with a 48V light hybrid system has been added. It is reported that the hybrid version of the two new cars may be officially launched in the European market in March this year.
In terms of appearance, neither car has made significant adjustments to the exterior design, and the family's highly recognizable seven-hole grille and heavy front shape are still highly recognizable, especially the free man's rounded headlight shape, which is very distinctive. Of course, as a special edition model, both new cars have exclusive elements, the new car adopts the official "Matter Azur" sky blue paint color, the roof is a black contrast color, including the rearview mirror shell and the "Jeep" LOGO in front of and behind the body are also blackened. At the same time, the seven-hole grille position of the new car is replaced with bronze trim decoration, and the guard plate at the bottom of the front and rear of the car is also adjusted to bronze, with a carbon fiber-like sticker in the lid position, which is very personal. At the same time, the Liberty and Guide's special edition models also have 17-inch and 18-inch blackened wheels, respectively, further enhancing the exclusivity of the new car.
In terms of interior, the two new cars have not made significant adjustments in design, but use a large number of recyclable materials. For example, the roofs, carpets and seats of new cars are made of recyclable plastic extracted from the ocean. At the same time, the stitching and trim of the new car also adopt the same sky blue and bronze color scheme as the appearance, and add an exclusive LOGO in the seat back position to highlight its special identity.
In terms of power, the new car will still be available in pure fuel version and plug-in hybrid version, and a new 48V light hybrid model has been added, which is equipped with a 1.5T turbocharged engine and electric motor, with a maximum engine power of 130 horsepower and a peak torque of 240 Nm, matching a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission.
