Huang Hongsheng: So after Skyworth did this, what kind of accumulation and achievements have there been in the past ten years? Because as a home appliance, how to compare with the car, home appliances are not very low, with Skyworth will not drag down the high quality and high performance of Skyworth cars, ah is not, so we use Tianmei, Tianmei this, the beauty of the beautiful air of the sky is how good, a launch to find, the original in a large market in the trust is the first, trust, brand recognition is not to show off, is trust, we found trust, is how much money Tianmei advertising may not necessarily have this trust, this first problem. The second problem, of course, we are also afraid, from commercial vehicles to passenger cars in case the development of products are immature or flawed, this quality is not good, will smash the brand of Skyworth for decades, so these two such considerations, this we first used Tianmei, did not expect that this trust is a mountain can not be crossed, so we used the Skyworth brand. Sure enough, it was only released on July 27th, and sales have increased significantly every month, and now in November, it has reached the top ten of new car brands. In the past, this Tianmei just came to give everyone a taste of how, the quality is OK, ah OK, is the style of decent, not so dazzling. But foreign people like it, there are about 40 foreign countries, including Germany, these are repeat orders, this surprised us.

Huang Hongsheng: First of all, at the same time as we test this road, we first do EU certification, this EU certification, this is a threshold, the second problem, we spread our Skyworth exports overseas, the entire sales of 80 million smart home appliances a year, about 60% of overseas exports. We all know that our manufacturing style is such a style, stable quality is trustworthy. Shen Li: In addition to this trademark and brand, will the entire Skyworth Group have any other empowerment for Skyworth Automobile? Huang Hongsheng: Because there are two independent ones, one is skyworth is an independent listed company, the legal boundaries are very clear, there can be no related party transactions, because both are I am the majority shareholder. The car is not listed and ready to go public, how to empower each other? First of all, the car carries the credibility of the brand of Skyworth for 33 years, so it is called widespread attention. Another one, now many of Skyworth's sellers of electricity stores have also set up a car, did not expect customers, this Skyworth to the high-end, in addition to home appliances think that the car also did. Then the market end and the user end of Skyworth's home appliances are also empowered by each other. Of course, in terms of intelligent technology, we have a joint research and development center, that is, to jointly develop the intelligence of smart home appliances into the intelligence of mobile cars, and then enter the highland of new technologies. Smart TV is possible in our understanding, its technology involved in the related applications, it seems that there is still a big difference with the car. It is how the two will coordinate. First of all, there is a common operating system, because Skyworth has been calling Coolita OS for so many years, which has been upgraded to version 9.0, so this is shared and can be shared. But as for this driverless, this is another area of intelligence, that is less related to home appliances and TVs, this piece is to build a new platform. Shen Li: In addition to our Skyworth home appliance retail channel, what kind of model will this channel construction of the automobile sector be?
Huang Hongsheng: For the construction of channels, we actually still call the establishment of this Skyworth 4S store, so we have two channels, one skyworth channel, and the other is our own car exclusive such a store. People in various motor cities, when he buys a car, he will certainly not go to the home power plant to buy it, unless the dealer in your power plant can keep asking them to test drive, otherwise he will take the idea of buying a car, he must go to the motor city to see. Shen Li: Like Lei Jun said, the car is his last venture, maybe this is also your last venture, I can see that you have a strong enthusiasm and passion in it, then I will still be more concerned about how you built this team, that is, how your team did this, and then who is your core right arm now, what is their background?
Huang Hongsheng: In the past ten years, I have actually spent more time looking for partners, this core team, there are technologies, operations and supply chains. For example, my passenger car, our co-founder Wu is called Wu Longba. He went through 4.0 entrepreneurship, and I also experienced a lot of failures and tuition in the process of finding this partnership in between. My first round of words is to find the backbone of our more famous central enterprises, because they have been very stable in a central enterprise for a long time, because you know that many of our central enterprises are joint ventures. Then change the screws with the consent of Europe or the United States, right. Then this lack of innovation, the result is that the cooperation of this team that first entered the passenger car failed, failed. Later, I went to the United States to look for it, and when I went to Detroit, the three major automobile companies could find an executive, and I didn't expect it. The three major American car companies have been very conservative about the future of electric vehicle changes after this precipitation time of fuel vehicles, and there is no accumulation, so the introduction of this team has also failed. Until this third round is repeated defeats, and then with our General Manager Wu and his team have experienced the training of foreign-funded enterprises, through the system management of state-owned enterprises, through the jungle of private enterprises, he has experienced such three major battles, and then grown. In the past ten years, entering this industry, the foreign entrepreneurial team in the electric vehicle industry has all failed, why the faith of these local forces in China is too strong, I am now cultivating a large number of post-80s and post-90s, let him grow, they are the future.
