At the same time, the industry platform is uneven, some platforms have poor stability, and the consequent risk of capital management cannot be ignored

Wang Qiaoyun believes that network mutual assistance should be included in the quasi-insurance supervision system to implement supervision, and at the same time further improve the relevant laws and regulations of the network mutual aid platform, introduce special provisions and measures for its financing, taxation, supervision, governance and other aspects, and determine the rights, obligations and behavioral norms of the relevant entities of the network mutual aid platform in the form of legislation as soon as possible. In addition, in terms of fund custody methods, Wang Qiaoyun suggested that learning from the experience of online ride-hailing, shared bicycle platforms and other sharing economy models in governance, no capital pool should be set up, and funds should be entrusted to third-party bank supervision to strengthen the guarantee of fund security of network mutual aid platforms.
