Zhang Yuxin said that in 2021, the National Energy Group achieved a year-on-year increase in operating income of 24.7%, a total profit increased by 6% year-on-year, a net profit increased by 7% year-on-year, the labor productivity of all employees increased by 10.5% year-on-year, the main indicators such as total profit, net profit, and asset-liability ratio were successfully completed, and the resilience and anti-risk ability of enterprises continued to be highlighted.

In that year, the National Energy Group made every effort to ensure the steady development of electricity, overcome difficulties such as sharp rise in fuel prices and tight resources, and guarded the bottom line of people's livelihood energy use, and the growth of power generation was significantly higher than the national average, exceeding 1.1 trillion kWh. Take the lead in stabilizing prices and stabilizing the market, implement the long-term contract and supplementary signing, and accumulate more than 60 billion yuan in profits to the society.

Zhang Yuxin revealed that in 2021, the National Energy Group completed coal production of 570 million tons, an increase of 8.3% year-on-year; coal sales of 770 million tons, an increase of 8.8%; power generation of 1.1 trillion kWh, an increase of 12.2%; heat supply of 460 million gijoules, an increase of 8.2%; railway traffic of 480 million tons, an increase of 5.1%; two ports of shipments of 260 million tons, an increase of 4.9%; shipping volume of 210 million tons, an increase of 25.4% year-on-year The output of chemicals containing major intermediates was 27.91 million tons, an increase of 9.5% year-on-year. A number of production and operation indicators hit the best level in history.

Zhang Yuxin pointed out that in 2021, while promoting coal production and profit increase, the National Energy Group will accelerate the promotion of green and low-carbon transformation. The development of new energy is advancing at full speed, with 19.68 million kilowatts of construction started, 10.89 million kilowatts of new installed capacity, and 13.9 million kilowatts of the first batch of large-scale wind power photovoltaic base projects in the country。

By the end of 2021, the installed capacity of wind power of the National Energy Group will reach 50 million kilowatts, maintaining the world's first; the installed capacity of photovoltaics will reach 8.6 million kilowatts, an increase of 4.1 times year-on-year, and the new energy starts 19.68 million kilowatts, and the new installed capacity will reach 10.89 million kilowatts, hitting the best level in history。
