Notice of the People's Government of Zhejiang Province on the appointment and dismissal of Liang Qun and other posts

The provincial government has decided to:

Liang Qun is the deputy secretary-general of the People's Government of Zhejiang Province;

Shi Qinghong was appointed Deputy Secretary-General of the People's Government of Zhejiang Province and removed from his post as Deputy Director of the General Office of the People's Government of Zhejiang Province;

Zhang Chunhua was appointed deputy director of the Zhejiang Provincial Development and Reform Commission and dismissed from his post as deputy director of the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government Office in Shanghai;

Zhu Liusha served as the deputy director of the Zhejiang Provincial Water Conservancy Department;

Yin Zhijun is the vice president of Zhejiang Provincial Development Planning Research Institute;

Yang Peiqiang was appointed as the president of Jiaxing Vocational and Technical College and removed from his position as vice president of Jiaxing College;

Fang Tiedao is the deputy director of the Administrative Committee of Zhoushan Archipelago New Area in Zhejiang Province and the deputy director of the Zhoushan Management Committee of China (Zhejiang) Pilot Free Trade Zone.

Removed Miao Wenbin from his position as chief engineer of the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology;

Dismissed Ni Huping from his post as deputy director of the Zhejiang Provincial Medical Security Bureau;

Removed Ruan Yeping from her position as vice president of Zhejiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine;

Removed Zhao Yun from his position as president of Jiaxing Vocational and Technical College;

Fan Xiaoning was dismissed from his position as a director of Zhejiang Energy Group Co., Ltd.
