The woman accidentally found chocolate in a jewelry box that had expired for 27 years

According to the British "Sun" reported on January 20, a British woman accidentally found chocolates in a jewelry box, and one of the bags had expired for 27 years.

Susan Woolner, 62, put a jewelry box on the floor while cleaning up the dresser, a birthday present from her 21-year-old in 1980 that hadn't been opened in years. At this moment, her pet dog Milo suddenly came and sniffed out something in the jewelry box, and Susan found that there were two packs of chocolates inside, one of which had been eaten on October 1, 1993, and the date on the other package had disappeared.

Susan said her four children, who were only 8 to 10 years old, were very fond of eating both types of chocolate, but if the children didn't behave well or didn't finish eating, they weren't allowed to eat chocolate. Susan would hide the chocolate because if the chocolate was left in a place where the children could see it, they would eat it immediately. Now that the children are in their 30s, they think it's fun to find chocolates in jewelry boxes, but they urge their mothers to throw them in the trash as soon as possible.
