The "Together to the Future" Iranian Youth Painting Exhibition exhibited a total of 44 works on the theme of the "Beijing Winter Olympics". Children from more than 20 cities in Iran painted the Olympic spirit in their hearts through colorful paintbrushes, basketball, skiing, table tennis, and childlike paintings expressed their sincere wishes for the Beijing Winter Olympics and their vision for a better future.
The event site also held a ceremony for the Iranian Winter Olympic delegation, and the Chinese ambassador to Iran, Chang Hua, sent blessings to the Iranian Olympic athletes. Iran's Minister of Sports and Youth Sajadi said that China has a glorious history in hosting large-scale international sports events, and is one of the few countries with rich experience in organizing large-scale international events, and looks forward to the complete success of the Beijing Olympic Games.
This time, Iran will send three athletes to compete in the men's and women's alpine skiing and men's cross-country skiing events at the Beijing Winter Olympics.
