2021, the life is both hurried and fulfilling, and this year is all around the "senior year". Looking back at the string of deep or shallow footprints left by myself in the past year, there is relief, deep thinking, and more encouragement.

　　First, let reading continue to become a habit

Compared with previous years, the books I read this year are more professional; the sense of reading is more profound; and the gains I read can be more detailed. Happy, on the road of reading, no longer "every time there is a will, it is happy to be happy", but think that reading a book is to think, to copy, but also to write. This year's reading has a best-selling book "Life Sea" that I finished reading in one evening, and there are also books that spend a lot of time savoring and reading.

This summer, quietly read "Dream of the Red Chamber", read the fat book, every time I read it, I will write a general content, excerpt the classic content or comments in it, and then watch Professor Zhan Dan's book club every ten times. I also watched Wang Meng's "Talking<红楼梦>" and continued to watch Teacher Jiang Xun's "Jiang Xun Says Dream of the Red Chamber." Through a few months of reading, I have a deeper understanding of "Dream of the Red Chamber", and I will urge myself to write more about my own understanding.

Reading, not only acceptance, but also thinking. In order to make myself think, I read "Thinking and Position" and "How We Think" and had a brainstorming session. Understand what thinking is, why you want to think, and how to think. We often say dialectical thinking, how to cultivate their dialectical thinking ability, how to guide students to look at problems dialectically, need to learn, but also need to practice.

The three-foot podium is a platform for our teachers to make a living, and it is also a stage to show their own value. "Simple life, happy work" is his motto, and he always practices it in his work. "The world is difficult, and it will be easy; The great things in the world must be done in detail. "Pay attention to every detail of the work, and face the tedious work every day with a peaceful attitude and happy emotions."

This year's senior year of high school work, busy and gratifying. Busy with careful preparation, passionate class, careful evaluation. In the hustle and bustle, I felt the urgent desire of students to study, and I understood my responsibilities in the teaching of my senior year. If I can carefully prepare lessons, it is easier for students to understand this knowledge point; if I can give a little more students to analyze the test papers, there will be more students in the class; if I can pay more attention to the child's psychology, can I help the child rebuild confidence.

This year, the teaching of composition on the theme of high school is progressing smoothly. Themes such as "be yourself", "aesthetic education", "kindness", and "suffering" are promoted one by one. In the teaching of composition, the improvement of essay scores is the goal, but it is no longer the only goal, through the theme of essay reading, we hope that our students will become a self-motivated, noble interest, with correct values of the student. Let students truly understand that "life is not only about the present, but also about poetry and distance".
