Since the launch of the party history study and education, the party committee of the school flight center has conscientiously implemented the unified arrangements of the party groups of the central committee and the civil aviation administration, meticulously organized and implemented it in accordance with the requirements of studying history clearly and rationally, increasing credibility in the study of history, revering morality in the study of history, and practicing the study of history, and promoted it in a strict and down-to-earth manner, thus achieving the purpose of studying party history, enlightening the mind, doing practical things, and opening up a new bureau. The center has organized a total of 22 central group studies, 3 party history study and education reading classes, 8 collective study sessions of party members and cadres, 155 cadres at and above the department level participated in the training, and all party committee members and party branch secretaries of the center have carried out party class lectures. The 15 party branches all held in-depth analysis of the life of the special organization on time, and the participation rate of party members and cadres was 100%; the list of 8 tasks formulated by the party committee "I do practical things for the masses" was completed before the end of the year.

In his speech, Zhou Yong pointed out: Since the launch of the party history study and education, the verification center has conscientiously implemented the decision-making arrangements of the party Central Committee and the work arrangements of the bureau's party leading group; the party history study and education has been solid, effective, and full of characteristics; and party members and cadres have received profound political education, ideological tempering, and spiritual baptism, which has provided a strong driving force for promoting the work of the center. In particular, by adhering to the close integration of party history study education and central work, mutual promotion has been made, and new achievements have been made in flight verification work. In 2021, the school flight center flew a total of 12,113 hours throughout the year and verified the airport 676 times, fulfilling the original mission of civil aviation safety escort. This year, the development of civil aviation "14th Five-Year Plan" has entered a critical year, and it is hoped that the party committee of the center will further consolidate and deepen the achievements of party history study and education, and continue to exert efforts and pragmatic results in learning and implementing the party's innovative theory, improving the political ability of party members and cadres, practicing the people-centered development ideology, and promoting the high-quality development of civil aviation.
