With the "Chongli Menu" 2019 China Culinary Masters Invitational Competition coming to an end, which lasted more than a year of research and development, the "Chongli Menu" was officially launched, including a total of 300 dishes developed in Hebei Province and 60 dishes from other provinces and cities. Among them, the Ji cuisine feast in the "Chongli Menu" includes the banquet of the Zhili Official's Palace, the Chongli Ice and Snow Banquet, the Ding grand banquet, and the Zhangku Shangjia banquet.

Directly subordinate to the official banquet: 8 hot dishes such as a pint of civil officials, small tomatoes with honey sauce, 3 cold dishes and Hongzhang stewed dishes, six flavor bones of the government, pot wrapped elbows, governor's tofu, chicken jumping, catching fried fish, Yangchun white dew, and soup stuffed cabbage, accompanied by donkey meat fire and persimmon ruyi 2 noodles, selected as the "Chongli Menu".

Chongli Ice and Snow Feast: Colorful noodle nests, recognizable noodle fish at a glance, yellow and green soybean mustard, lotus pond moon color platter like an ancient painting, garlic bitter vegetables reflecting the local characteristics of Chongli, wild ginger juice wild yellow flowers, and then the National Ski Jumping Center "Snow Ruyi" as the background... The selected "Chongli Ice and Snow Feast" consists of 8 hot dishes, 7 cold dishes and 5 staple dishes.

Grand feast: image platter "butterfly love flower", tonic holy product "red date bird's nest", "exquisite craftsmanship" butterfly puff pastry... In addition to the superb cooking skills of knife skills, the names of dishes also mostly mean auspicious: "Gathering heroes", "Mountain Alliance and Sea Oath", "Fighting for Wonders", "Zhao Cai Jin Bao", "Emerald Gold Bar", "Hydrangea Longevity", "Red Fire", "Sanyuan Kaitai", "Zhulian Treasure Box", just look at the name to know that it is a feast.

Zhangku Shangjia Yan: The selected "Six Plates of Pictogram Platter" is to borrow the long history of Zhangku Avenue as a delicacy, presented by the six parts of "Spring Flowers, Summer Lotus, Autumn Red, Winter Snow, Shangdao and Jingmen". The selected dish "Roasted North and South" is an old dish with a history of more than 100 years, firing with Saibeikou mushrooms and Jiangnan bamboo shoots as the main ingredients, lamp shadow mouth mushrooms, excellent kung fu, thin skin as paper, and candles still clear in the skin.
