On the afternoon of January 18, the inaugural meeting and the first women's congress of the Women's Federation of Jiangshan Digital Economy Industrial Park in Quzhou, Zhejiang Province, were solemnly held, which marked the establishment of the first women's federation organization in the two new fields in our city, and was also a powerful measure for the municipal women's federation to deepen reform and promote organizational coverage.

Qi Zhenglan, member of the party group and vice chairman of the Quzhou Women's Federation, congratulated the first women's congress of the Women's Federation of Jiangshan Digital Economy Industrial Park on the smooth convening of the first women's congress, and put forward three requirements for the women's federation of the digital economy industrial park and the cadres of the women's federation attending the meeting in combination with the work functions of the women's federation: First, it is necessary to build a political awareness of "the heart of the woman to the party" and unite and lead the sisters of the park to listen to the party and follow the party. Second, it is necessary to build a solid ideological consciousness of "building new merits for women" and guide and encourage female employees to innovate their profession and make new contributions. The third is to build a solid sense of innovation in "promoting reform" and promote the construction of women's federation organizations to increase vitality and motivation. Qi Zhenglan stressed that all women's federation organizations should give full play to the advantages of the women's federation, do a good job in the "joint" article, continuously improve the coverage of the women's federation organization, effectively improve the ability to serve the work of the party committee and the government center, earnestly shoulder the responsibility, and jointly depict the "concentric circles" of the four provinces' marginal common prosperity demonstration zone.
Zheng Xinwei, deputy director of the Organization Department of the Jiangshan Municipal Party Committee and secretary of the Two New Working Committees, delivered a speech in which he put forward three hopes: First, he hoped to take the digital economy industrial park as the starting point to promote the construction of women's federations in the two new fields.
