Red Network Moment reporter Zhou Lei Chenzhou reported

"I'm just an ordinary person, and what I do is ordinary."

More than 200 public welfare movies a year, 29 villages in three townships, six times a week into mountain villages, two movies a night "dating"... In remote mountain villages such as Chujiang, Xiyao and Wanshui in Linwu County, the figure of Lei Liangpeng and his film projection equipment can often be seen.

Lo and behold, the film that the villagers are watching this time is "Eighteen-Hole Village."

Far away, the sharp-eyed villagers of Wanshui Township saw the figure of Lei Liangpeng. When the motorcycle suddenly stopped, many villagers were carrying benches, carrying melon seeds and hot tea, and the villagers who had seized the best viewing position beckoned Lei Liangpeng to sit down and drink tea and eat some fruit.

"No more." Lei Liangpeng only waved his hand, on the one hand, he wanted to play the movie quickly, on the other hand, he was really embarrassed to receive it. The old man in the village often praised him for his responsible work and carefulness, but he valued more the happiness and satisfaction that the villagers showed when watching movies, and at this moment, it seemed that so many years were worth it.

When it comes to "Eighteen-Hole Village", Lei Liangpeng also loves to watch.

The film tells the story of ordinary people getting rid of poverty in the past, and the stories, scenes, and lines encourage the villagers who watch the movie to also move Lei Liangpeng. For him, so many years of film screening road, is not a realistic film towards rural revitalization.

For example, projection equipment from the initial film and generators, to the current lightly equipped digital projectors;

From walking, scooters, bicycles to motorcycles, transportation methods are also iteratively changing;

Even the road to the village used to be over the mountains, but now the village is connected to the road, and it is faster to go home.

In the past, the villagers watched movies, novelty, and their eyes revealed their desire for knowledge, but now the villagers chatted and talked, sniffed melon seeds, and enjoyed.

......

When he was a child, Lei Liangpeng did not expect that the work of a film projectionist would be a lifetime. He also remembers that the first film in his life was "Shangganling", and the happy memories of watching movies as a child made him very envious of the projectionist. At that time, he said that he wanted to be a film projectionist and bring joy to others.

In 1975, after graduating from high school, Lei Liangyi successfully became a film projectionist, which not only realized his childhood dream, but also fulfilled his wish to let the people watch movies often.

In the past, transportation was inconvenient, most of the villagers in Chujiang, Xiyao, Wanshui and other townships lived in the mountains, and some elderly people had not even been out of the mountains for decades, and it was very rare to be able to watch a movie. "At the beginning, I just liked the job, but after a long time, I felt that it was a responsibility for the people in the village to watch movies." For Lei Lianghao, this is already a heavy responsibility.

"I want to use movies to send cultural knowledge to the masses in mountainous areas, especially the people in difficulty, and arouse their enthusiasm for construction." Lei Liangpeng believes that a good movie can affect people's values. To this end, Lei Liangpeng will ask the masses about the needs of watching movies before the movie is released, and combined with the actual situation in the countryside, he will extensively dabble in and collect films related to rural and agricultural production knowledge, and send the knowledge most needed by the peasant masses to the doorstep.

At the end of the 1990s, with the popularity of television sets, the rural film industry also declined, and a large number of cinema workers and veteran projectionists changed careers. To this day, he is the only one left in the original commune film projectionist.

"The mountains are high and the road is long, and the idea of serving the people cannot be upheld without a certain will." Lei Liangpeng, who thinks purely and has a desire, is still sticking to the frontline of rural screening.
