Basis for implementation	Article 75 of the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on radio administration (Decree No. 672 of the State Council of the People's Republic of China and the Central Military Commission of the People's Republic of China) Whoever violates the provisions of these Regulations and commits any of the following acts shall be ordered to make corrections by the radio regulatory authority; if he refuses to make corrections, he shall confiscate the equipment engaged in illegal activities and shall be fined between 30,000 and 100,000 yuan; if serious consequences are caused, he shall also be fined between 100,000 and 300,000 yuan: (1) Developing, producing, selling and maintaining high-power radio transmission equipment, and failing to take effective measures to suppress radio wave emissions; (2) Overseas organizations or individuals conducting radio wave parameter testing or radio wave monitoring within the mainland territory; (3) Provide foreign organizations or individuals with information on domestic radio wave parameters involving national security.
