Patio uses walls made of recycled wood to separate spaces, dividing the lounge area, open bbq area and a compost garden for organic food production and waste disposal, enriching the types of rest activities for employees. Timber walls are lightweight and insulating, cost-effective and environmentally impactful.

In order to create a better view of the landscape, Patio Estudio dug up the site, raising the overall elevation of the residence by 1.3m, allowing unobstructed views through the nearby jungle and into the distance. The exterior walls of the house also use an irregular checkerboard shape, and the hollowed out parts can overlook the mountain panorama.

A curved slope made of concrete rises slowly, taking people to the interior of the house. The interior of the house is divided into nine areas – living, dining, kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, while the outdoors include a pool, volleyball court and BBQ area. The extensive corridors enhance the connection and visual orientation of the internal space, and thus add many corner spaces that can be used for landscaping, creating a simple and natural living environment.
