Photographer Fu Guoqing told reporters that on the same day, he and his colleague Yang Chun went to Liqiao Town, Maiji District, to collect wind, and near the government of Liqiao Town, they found two large wading birds on the beach next to the road, and they usually like to pay attention to photographing birds, and they quickly identified it as black storks. Fu Guoqing said that after careful observation and searching, they found 5 more, a total of 7 black storks. It is understood that the black stork is a large wader with a beautiful posture, bright body color, agile activities and alert temperament. The adult bird is 1-1.2 meters long, feeds on fish, has been extinct in its traditional breeding grounds, such as Sweden and other countries, has been listed as an endangered species by the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora, because of its scarcity, it is known as the "giant panda among birds", which belongs to the national first-level protected animals. According to the staff of the Tianshui Wildlife Conservation Center, it is the first time that a black stork group has been found in Tianshui.
