Recently, many districts, counties and cities in Zunyi, Guizhou, issued notices to collect clues to uncivilized behaviors such as "abusive banquets" and "vulgar marriages".

According to the website of the Chishui Municipal Government in Zunyi, Guizhou, the Chishui Municipal Spiritual Civilization Office and the Chishui City Rong Media Center issued the "Notice on Collecting Clues to Uncivilized Behaviors such as "Indiscriminate Banquets" and "Vulgar Wedding Disturbances" on January 19, saying that if "vulgar marriages" are found, please take photos or videos and send them to us, it is best to take pictures of participants head-on, we will publicly expose them after verification, and transfer them to the public security organs for handling according to law.

In addition to collecting clues of "vulgar marriage", Chishui's notice also said that if you receive an invitation text message, WeChat and telephone notification of "abusive banquet", please report it by calling the township (street) reporting telephone, or directly send the invitation SMS and WeChat screenshot to the "Chishui Rong Media" WeChat public account chat dialog box for reporting, and we will publicly expose it after verification and transfer it to the relevant departments for processing.

In addition, after receiving the information reported by the masses and verifying it, each township (street) uniformly sends the relevant information to the mailbox of the Municipal Rong Media Center.

The Chishui Municipal Spiritual Civilization Office and the Chishui Rong Media Center mentioned that the circular is based on the relevant provisions of the epidemic prevention and control work in Zunyi City and the relevant provisions on rectifying uncivilized behaviors such as "vulgar marriages".

The surging news noted that recently many places in Zunyi City have successively issued notices or initiatives to solicit clues on "abusive banquets" and "vulgar marriages".

Zunyi Renhuai City Spiritual Civilization Office, Renhuai City Rong Media Center, Renhuai City New Era Civilization Practice Center on January 17 issued the "Initiative on Collecting Clues on "Abusive Banquets" and "Vulgar Weddings", saying that if you receive an invitation to "indiscriminate banquets" text messages or WeChat, please forward them to us through text messages or WeChat, which will be publicly exposed and handed over to relevant departments for handling. If you find a "vulgar marriage trouble", please take a photo or video and send it to us (take a positive picture of the participants), which will be publicly exposed and handed over to the public security organs for handling according to law, SMS reporting/WeChat reporting 18985669831.

In addition, the relevant departments of Zunyi Fenggang County and Meitan County also issued notices on January 18 and January 10 respectively to solicit clues on "abusive banquets" and "vulgar marriages", the main contents of which are the same as in Chishui City and Renhuai City.

Before the release of the collection of clues on "indiscriminate banquets" and "vulgar marriages", the public security departments of Zunyi Chishui City and other places have issued notices to crack down on the illegal and criminal acts of vulgar marriages.

On January 4, the Chishui Municipal Public Security Bureau issued the "Circular on Severely Cracking Down on Illegal and Criminal Acts of Vulgar Marriages in Accordance with the Law," saying that vulgar marriages refer to the mischief acts carried out against the groom, bride, groom's parents, groomsmen, and bridesmaids in the name of "making fun" during the wedding celebration, which is the most typical vulgar and bad habit, violates civilized customs, and violates the bottom line of the law.

The Chishui Municipal Public Security Bureau said that according to the "Public Security Administration Punishment Law", "Road Traffic Safety Law", "Criminal Law" and other laws and regulations, it is strictly forbidden to carry out the following acts in wedding celebrations, and the violators will be punished by the public security organs according to the circumstances, and if it constitutes a crime, criminal responsibility will be investigated according to law:

(a) Forcibly kissing, cuddling or otherwise assaulting the bride, bridesmaids and accompanying female companions;

(b) Forcibly tearing, taking off, dragging the clothes of the bride, bride and other personnel or enforcing binding and towing locks;

(c) Forcing the groom and other personnel to wear undefeated clothing and signs;

(4) Forcibly applying or spilling foreign objects on the bridegroom, bride and other personnel;

(e) Forcing the groom, bride or other person to perform indecent performances at wedding celebrations that are offensive or degrading;

(6) Forcibly inflicting physical harm on the groom, bride or groom or bridesmaid;

7. Deliberately or for profit-making purposes to edit or record vulgar wedding videos, pictures, texts, and so forth, and disseminate them through online platforms, disrupting public order and causing a negative social impact;

8. Organize and participate in convoys to block traffic, race, intersperse, park at will, etc. to disrupt traffic order;

9. Other acts that obstruct social management or disrupt public order.

In addition, on January 5, the Bozhou Branch of the Zunyi City Public Security Bureau and the Huichuan Branch Bureau issued notices on investigating and punishing illegal and criminal acts in vulgar marriages and bad habits in accordance with the law, and the Daozhen County Public Security Bureau also made similar notices on January 13, the Fenggang County Public Security Bureau on January 5, the Yuqing County Public Security Bureau on January 3, and the Xishui County Public Security Bureau on January 1.
