On January 19, Aika Automobile announced that Lidar Company Tanwei Technology and Self-driving Truck Company Mainline Technology held a strategic cooperation conference in Beijing, officially announcing that the two sides have launched comprehensive business cooperation and in-depth technical exploration in autonomous commercial vehicles and intelligent logistics. In the future, Tanwei Technology will work with Mainline Technology to develop and build a vehicle-grade hybrid solid-state lidar sensing technology solution based on the ALS technology platform and hardware-level image pre-fusion, helping the mass production process of autonomous trucks and the large-scale landing of intelligent logistics business.

At the press conference, Zhang Tianlei, CEO of Mainline Technology, and Wang Shiwei, CEO of Tanwei Technology, witnessed the signing of the cooperation agreement, according to the agreement, in the field of port automatic driving and trunk logistics automatic driving, Mainline Technology will give priority to carrying the lidar products of Tanwei Technology 96-192 for the accurate detection and perception of mass production of autonomous driving heavy trucks.
