Recently, due to the "raw coconut" Coli Escherichia coli project, which did not meet the standards, the Jing'an Branch of Shanghai Fengzhixu Catering Management Co., Ltd., an affiliate of Yixu Shou Xiyao, was fined 50,000 yuan by the Shanghai Jing'an District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau. Since the second half of last year, Ichisui Shouki has encountered food safety problems or administrative penalties several times.

Previously, the Jing'an District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau entrusted Shanghai Yuanben Food Quality Inspection Co., Ltd. to conduct a food sampling inspection of the self-made drink "Raw Coconut" of the Jing'an Branch of Shanghai Fengzhixu Catering Management Co., Ltd. After sampling inspection, the above-mentioned sampled food "raw coconut" Escherichia coli project did not meet the requirements of DB 31/2007-2012 "Local Standards for Food Safety Prepared Beverages", and the inspection conclusion was unqualified.

After investigation, on June 25, 2021, the parties distributed the above-mentioned batch of food raw materials through their company: "Two boxes of raw coconut milk (quick-frozen coconut milk), a total of 40 bags, each bag has a net content of 1 kg, and the purchase price is 10.5 yuan / bag." On June 28, 2021, on the day of the sampling inspection, the parties made a total of 1 liter of the same batch of homemade drink "Raw Beaten Coconut", that is, a bag of "Raw Beaten Coconut Milk (Quick-Frozen Coconut Milk)" was used to thaw the raw material of "Raw Beaten Coconut", which was made by thawing it through running water and pouring it into the beverage mixing machine.

Because the parties are engaged in self-service hot pot, the homemade drink "Raw Coconut" is provided free of charge to waiting customers, and the customer does not provide the above-mentioned homemade drink "Raw Coconut" when the customer actually dines in the store. On the day the parties were sampled, a total of 1L of the same batch of homemade drinks "raw coconut" was made, except for 0.25L of "raw coconut" on the day of sampling, the remaining 0.75L "raw coconut" was provided to the waiting customers free of charge, and the total value of the goods was 1 liter, 40 yuan, and there was no actual profit.

The conduct of the parties constitutes the production and operation of unqualified food. The Jing'an District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau fined 50,000 yuan in accordance with the law.

Since the second half of last year, Ichisui Shoukiyaki has been "stalled" many times, including being fined 500,000 yuan by the Yangpu District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau of Shanghai for making "Japanese grilled cod" dishes on the menu of the store using Greenland flounder (Yong flounder) as a food ingredient in stores in Shanghai, constituting false publicity; being complained by consumers that the unused spoon was full of oil; and issuing an apology statement in the storm of "shoddy ingredients".
