Completed the Jiangsu section of the Gaochun-Xuancheng Expressway, the Jiangsu section of the Liyang-Ningde Highway, the Sheyang-Yancheng Expressway and other expressway projects, as well as the Heyan Road Crossing River Passage Project (Southern Section), started the Construction of the Lianyungang-Suqian Expressway Xuwei to Guanyun Section, Yizheng to Lukou Airport Expressway Shanghai-Shaanxi Expressway to the Yangtze River Beidadi Section, Haitai River Passage (Da Lin Project), etc. 250 kilometers of ordinary national and provincial highways have been built; 1,500 kilometers of rural roads have been newly reconstructed, and 500 bridges have been reconstructed, further improving the access rate of two-lane four-level highways in planned villages, and accelerating the construction of rural roads in important economic nodes such as industry, tourism, and logistics.

Completed the reconstruction and expansion project of the inlet channel of the Dongsha Operation Area of Zhangjiagang Port Area, the project of the Sanjiasha South Channel of Nantong Port, etc.; started the reconstruction and expansion project of the 400,000-ton ore wharf of Lianyungang Port, the improvement project of the new Jianghai River section of the dredging channel from the port area to the Tongzhou Bay Port Area, the double bridge hub project of the dredging channel from the port area to the Tongzhou Bay port area, and strived to start the first phase of the Lianyungang Port Intelligent Container Terminal Project.
Continuously optimize airport layout and functional positioning
