Hu Jinhu has been engaged in the application of intellectual property protection since 2013, he consciously studied the Patent Law, the Trademark Law and related laws and regulations, industry standards, accumulated professional knowledge, enhanced legal awareness, improved the level of law enforcement, and strived to achieve accurate supervision. In the work, the comrade actively guided the Qin'an County Agricultural Products Association to register the "Qin'an Peach", "Qin'an Pepper" and "Qin'an Apple" geographical indication certification trademarks, comprehensively promoted the industrial operation model of "cooperative (company) + agriculture-related trademark + farmer + base", used the trademark to guide industrial agglomeration, promoted standardization and industrialization with branding, realized agricultural efficiency, increased farmers' income, and helped precision poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation. The organization has established 7 trademark brand guidance stations to provide "one-stop" comprehensive solutions for various market entities such as trademark registration and trademark design, and comprehensively strengthen the cultivation, identification, reward and protection of long-established registered trademarks, of which 72 trademarks have received provincial and municipal support awards totaling more than 800,000 yuan. As a member of the Communist Party, he insisted on self-denial and prudence, acted impartially, rectified according to law the key areas and regions where the masses had strong reactions, public opinion was concerned, and infringement and counterfeiting were frequent, strictly investigated acts such as malicious preemptive registration of trademarks, forgery, and alteration of legal documents and seals, withdrew 3 applications and appealed 1 case according to the details of abnormal patent applications, and accumulated 53 cases of infringement of intellectual property rights and the manufacture and sale of counterfeit and shoddy goods, with a case value of more than 200,000 yuan, and established a good image of diligence, pragmatism, integrity, and efficiency with practical actions.
