Hangzhou Linping: Promote the construction of future community education scenes to create a national happiness school

Recently, the Future Neighborhood Center of Haipo Community in Donghu Street, Linping District, Hangzhou was officially completed. The Haipo community "Upper Study" immediately settled in the center, and provided free and high-quality education services for community residents to further enhance the humanistic literacy of the community.

On the same day, nearly 300 residents came to the "Study Room" of Haipo Community to experience content modules such as folk culture, legal knowledge, parent-child communication, health for the elderly, and the "Yilaike" online learning platform.

In 2019, in order to further promote the construction of "two high levels", the Zhejiang Provincial Government took the lead in writing the "Future Community" into the work report in the country, including nine future scenarios of neighborhood, education, health, entrepreneurship, construction, transportation, low carbon, service and governance. In recent years, Based on the regional positioning of "Digital Wisdom Linping Quality Urban Area", Linping District of Hangzhou has vigorously promoted the application of digital technology and modern governance concepts in future community construction. By the end of 2021, there will be a total of 5 future community pilot units in Linping District.

In the construction of community education scenes in the future, Linping District is based on meeting the needs of the masses, focusing on stimulating the enthusiasm of the whole people to participate in community education activities and promoting the all-round development and progress of community residents. On this basis, Linping District launched the "full age + double subtraction" future community education scene, relying on the space carriers such as childcare points, the second classroom of primary and secondary school kindergartens, nature classrooms, and 24-hour study rooms, highlighting the whole life cycle learning future community, and creating special services such as "nature education" special classrooms and 24H Hangzhou study room services.

By empowering future community education by means of digital intelligence, Linping District actively builds a "cloud classroom" shared learning platform, and in accordance with the requirements of "one-click delivery", sets up education modules in the application of small programs in the future community, covering parent-child schools, micro-schools, Hangxuetong, childcare, early admission, data sharing, etc., to provide convenient, efficient and shared education network public services for community residents.

The relevant person in charge of Linping District said that in the future, the district will further explore the transformation and application of learning achievements in the construction of future community education scenarios, actively try to establish a long-term cooperation mechanism with external high-quality training institutions, and strive to create a brand project of happiness school such as "Shangshu" to provide community courses such as leisure sports, hobbies, culture and art, professional skills, and course counseling to enhance the learning motivation of community residents.
