Written and directed by Woody Allen and starring Timothy Chalame, Ellie Fanning, Selena Gomez, and Jude Lowe, the film tells the story of a young couple who decide to spend a special weekend in Manhattan, New York, but are disrupted by a rainy day, resulting in a wonderful experience of unexpected encounters. It was also the first Woody Allen film to be screened on a large scale in Chinese mainland theaters, after most mainland fans could only enjoy the American director's work through film festivals.
