According to the news, on September 11, 2021, Maitian Real Estate signed a "Letter of Authorization for Sale/Rental of Houses" with Wang Moumou, a house owner of Building 26, HongyanShan Water Culture Park, Chaoyang District, to provide brokerage services for the house, and published a message named "Must Look After The House" on the anjuke website on December 1, 2021! 5 Bedroom 2 Hall Fine Decoration Elevator Room Floor Good View Unobstructed" sale listing information. It is reported that the house has not yet obtained a house ownership certificate, which is a prohibited house.

In addition, on September 30, 2021, Maitian Real Estate signed a "Letter of Authorization for The Sale of Houses" with Wang X, the owner of a house in Building 27, Hongyan Shanshui Wenyuan, Chaoyang District, to provide brokerage services for the house, and published a sale listing information named "Shanshui Wenyuan Phase V, Phase III Delivery is Only Four Years New House Owner Urgent Sale" for the house on the 58 City Real Estate Website. It is reported that the house obtained the title certificate on November 25, 2021, and when Maitian Real Estate signed the power of attorney with the above-mentioned house owner and published the house information online, the house had not yet obtained the ownership certificate, which was a prohibited house.

Beijing Municipal Housing construction said that the above-mentioned behavior of Maitian Real Estate has constituted the provision of brokerage services for houses that are prohibited from trading, and the personnel and housing information publishers who are specifically engaged in the brokerage business of the above two sets of housing are neither real estate agents nor real estate agents.
