In the cold winter, in the chixing village of Shanghu Township, Gao'an City, Jiangxi Province, in the continuous pepper greenhouse, the pepper bright red people are busy. Wang Dongping, a 54-year-old old pepper farmer, is picking greenhouse peppers, and in 2021 he will earn more than 100,000 yuan from selling peppers. "In the past, families were scattered to grow peppers in greenhouses, and the sheds were too small to squat in the sheds to do things." After the village investment company came to the village, it built a pepper industrial park and a modern pepper greenhouse, planted peppers with the guidance of agricultural technology experts, and sold peppers with an e-commerce platform. ”
The "village investment company" in Wang Dongping's mouth is a rich peasant "artifact" created by Gao'an City in recent years. In 2019, the city raised 500 million yuan to establish Gao'an Village Collective Economic Development Investment Co., Ltd., which adopted the method of village collective asset resources into shares, municipal financial funds allotment, and income dividends, and explored a new model for villagers to get rich and village collective economic development.
Invest in standardized pig farms, build pepper industrial parks, try out giant rice, and develop rural tourism... "Village Investment Company" is engaged in rural revitalization. Huang Xin, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Shanghu Township, said that the municipal "village investment company" set up a branch in the township, invested 150 million yuan to build the first phase of the 2,000-mu pepper industrial park, and adopted a variety of business models such as self-cultivation and pepper farmer contracting, so that the village collective and villagers could obtain new benefits from traditional industries.
In 2021, the municipal "village investment company" gave a dividend of 410,000 yuan to Shanghu Township, and after the township obtained the consent of the villagers, it converted the dividend funds into shares to increase investment, and the villagers not only had the income from selling peppers and migrant workers, but also received dividends.
The "Strategic Plan for Rural Revitalization (2018-2022)" issued by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council proposes to build a platform carrier for the integrated development of rural industries, promote the integration of agriculture, extend the agricultural industry chain, expand multiple functions of agriculture, and develop new agricultural formats. Today, rural "upgraded" organizations like the Village Investment Company are emerging all over Jiangxi.
In Sanping Village, Zhongyuan Township, Jing'an County, Jiangxi Province, villager Yu Lixin founded the first farm villa, and the business was booming, and the villagers followed suit. Due to the lack of scientific management, the price and service quality of farmhouses are uneven, and rural tourism falls into a vicious circle of "low quality, low price, high quality and few tourists". Under the organization and guidance of township cadres, more than 40 local farm owners established the Zhongyuan Township Nongsu Culture and Rural Tourism Association to organize the scattered owners through the method of "branch + association + farmer". After the establishment of the Agricultural Accommodation Association, through the holding of free owner training classes, teaching tourism management, cooking skills, nutrition collocation, housekeeping and other knowledge and skills, greatly improving the quality of rural tourism, so that the rich people's industry "come back to life".

The key to rural revitalization lies in people. In the office building of lei Yingguo, the "grain king" in Fengcheng City, Jiangxi Province, many grain farmers took advantage of their leisure time to come to the "Farmers' College" training points set up here to learn and consult the knowledge of agricultural machinery operation. Lei Yingguo told reporters that farmers rarely receive systematic agricultural training in the whole block, and the local government adopts the method of mobile training to move the classroom to the field. At present, Fengcheng City is exploring the establishment of a long-term mechanism for the cultivation of high-quality farmers, and strives to build a working platform that integrates policy publicity, entrepreneurial training, project development, small loans, tax reductions and exemptions, and tracking and support.
