Just at this time, Quzhou City launched the pilot construction of future villages, xiasi village as a pilot village, closely following the main theme of "art innovation town , happy to live under the silt", to create a set of "natural taste, fireworks taste, human touch, life flavor, rural charm, humanistic taste, agricultural taste, poetry and painting taste, science and technology taste" in one of the modern, international future rural samples.

Ms. Guan Anqi is a master of tourism in Australia, and when she first came to Xiashu in June 2021, she was attracted by the beautiful scenery, simple customs and customs of Xiadi, and good cultural tourism. "I am more concerned about the sustainable development of the tourism industry, from the overall environment, hardware facilities, policy support, project development, consumer groups and other aspects of the comprehensive investigation, I decided to stay and jointly build the future countryside." Guan Anqi told reporters that in September 2021, she signed a contract to prepare the yisu jiaman living space and the Rubik's Cube Children's Bookstore with Ye Yueming.

"The positioning of yisu jiaman living space is a youth cultural tourism project, the consumer group is mainly young people, there are 4 homestays, or Mo tour Xiazhou station - Kaihua station station." Guan Anqi introduced that according to customer needs, they can provide private customized services, planning group building projects, bonfire evenings, water sports and so on for tourists. Young people come to the living space and can also experience entertainment projects such as shuffleboard ball and script killing.

The Rubik's Cube Children's Bookstore is positioned as a research experience hall. The first floor is the picture book reading area, the second floor is the handmade DIY experience area, and the third floor is the space capsule experience area.
