The 10-acre old factory building in Lianjun Village was transformed to create a large cut flower trading center. The project is the "first voyage" project of Huating Town Flower Style Town, focusing on the training, processing, display and sales of flower crafts, adding new leisure and entertainment places for the surrounding people, and promoting the vigorous development of the flower industry in Huating and even Jiading.

The project is located in Jinlu Village, east to Baoshan Boundary, south to Xuxing Boundary, west to Puhuatang, north to Zhangputang, covering an area of about 750 acres. Through the plant factory, seedling center, agricultural exhibition hall and other functional units, to create a set of agricultural production, product processing, scientific and technological demonstration, science and technology education and other functions in one of the urban modern agricultural model project.

6. Complete the construction of the Party and Mass Service Center ("I Jia Neighborhood Center") in Huating Ji Town
The construction project is located in Lianyi Village, Huating Town, with a total land area of 4460.23 square meters, which is composed of three parts: community public service, medical and health care and cultural and sports activities, creating a community comprehensive service circle integrating "life services, management services and enterprise services" and continuously enhancing the sense of gain and happiness of citizens.
7. Complete the road maintenance project of Huhua Middle Road and Huaxin Road
It is planned to implement projects such as the excavation of the old road and the construction of 3689 meters of side stones on Huhua Middle Road (Qiancao Road - Liuxiang Highway); the implementation of drainage projects such as drainage side ditches of 1450 meters; and the replacement of 42 self-adjusting anti-settlement manhole covers and other ancillary projects.
It is planned to re-excavate 6,087 square meters of new roads on Huaxin Road (Liuxiang Highway - Xuxing Road), add 2,200 meters of curb stones, connect 314 square meters of cement floors around the area, and renovate 450 cubic meters of slopes.
8. Start the compensation work for agricultural enterprises in the Shanghai-Sutong Railway and the Shanghai-Yurong High-speed Railway along the River
