According to the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the General Office of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, and the General Office of the National Health commission on carrying out the pilot demonstration and selection of smart health care applications in 2021, smart health care demonstration enterprises need to have the following basic conditions: the reporting entity is an enterprise within the territory of the People's Republic of China that can independently bear civil legal liability, the industrial and commercial registration time is not less than 3 years, no illegal events or social events with bad impact occur within 3 years, and the legal representative of the enterprise is not included in the list of untrustworthy judgment debtors. It has no less than 2 landing projects, as well as a clear business promotion model and profit model. The types of enterprises include product enterprises, platform operators, institutional operation enterprises, service enterprises, etc.
