On the afternoon of November 27, 2019, Liang Mouxun voluntarily surrendered himself to the public security organ and confessed to the facts of his crime. Liang Mouxun confessed that when he knew that he had been listed as a net escape, he fully realized the seriousness of the problem, coupled with the advice of his family and friends, and after repeated ideological struggles, he decided to take the initiative to surrender to the public security organs.
