At the venue of this year's "two sessions" in Shanghai, Xu Xu, member of the CppcC Municipal Committee and secretary of the party committee of the Shanghai Conservatory of Music, talked about this issue in his speech. He said that the demolition of the wall and the transfer of three other historical buildings near the Shanghai Conservatory of Music to "Shangyin" as a whole will provide more space to help the school's "double first-class" construction; at the same time, these six historical buildings straighten out the ownership of property rights, through the overall renovation, hope to restore the original style; the most important thing is to open the campus to better integrate into the urban area, neighborhood, community, so that the "Shangyin" cultural and artistic creation of excellent "spiritual food" to serve the public, open to the public art appreciation, master class.
