Steph Curry is awesome. I’m a huge LeBron James fan, so in previous years, I have detested Steph Curry, but after LeBron beat him last year, I’ve lost my reason to harbor hatred toward him.

Stephen Curry was great. I'm a big fan of LeBron James, so I hated Stephen Curry a few years ago, but after LeBron beat him last year, I've lost ground to hold a grudge against him.

People like Steph Curry for the same reason people like any superstar - people enjoy watching greatness. Curry shoots threes better than anyone before, he handles the ball better than almost anyone in the league, and he’s an excellent passer.

Undoubtedly the best spot-up shooter ever, it’s super entertaining to watch him throw the ball up from the most awkward positions, and somehow have it magically fall through the net. He weaves through defenders with incredible speed, and almost always finds his way to the basket.

Without a doubt, the best point-and-shooter ever, it was so much fun to watch him throw the ball out of the most awkward position and magically fall into the net in some way. He walked through defenders with incredible speed and almost always found his way into the basket.

Simply put, when fans see players perform seemingly impossible feats - they enjoy watching them. If you’ve seen any of Curry’s interviews or press conferences, you’ll know that he is extremely humble. People love that about him. By contrast, however, he isn’t afraid to showboat. He’ll definitely show his arrogance on the court, but he’s never been outwardly disrespectful.

People like that about him. In contrast, however, he was not afraid to show off. He will certainly show his arrogance on the pitch, but he has never appeared disrespectful.

This past summer, people hated on him more than ever though. Unfortunately, because Kyrie Irving made one jump shot, people dismiss Curry now as a choke player who can’t perform in the finals, and he’s been cast off by many as overhyped. That’s simply not true though. For the past three years, Steph Curry has been the best basketball player in the world, and he still is.

Last summer, people hated him more than ever. Unfortunately, because Kyrie Owen scored a jump shot, Curry is now considered a suffocating player who couldn't perform well in the Finals, and he was considered exaggerated by many. But this is simply not true. For the past three years, Stephen Curry has been the best basketball player in the world, and he still is.

Why not, he’s the best point guard in NBA right now, he’s incredible with handles, flashy passes, and shooting. He plays unselfish basketball game. People like Stephen Curry because he is fun to watch. He’s is the best three-point shooter all-time behind the Ray Allen and Reggie Miller.

People like Stephen Curry because he is fun to watch. Fast, fancy handles, flashy passes and shooting 3’s from halfway? Any basketball fan would like to see that. On the other hand, Steph Curry has as many haters as fans, just as Lebron did when he had success in Miami.

I guess people like because he is on the Warriors (obviously), also because they like how he shoots many contested 3 point jumpers, and still makes then in. Overall, I think he's a good basketball player on the court and off.

Despite his 6'3" height, Stephen Curry is the little guy. At 185 pounds, he weighs the same as me (although he is taller, and thus leaner). Unlike the basketball heroes of the past, he doesn't depend on power and strength to push his way through the blockers; he works his way around them. He is so skilled, at shooting, at dribbling, at passing, at teamwork, that you recognize that here is a guy who didn't have the huge physical size to help but who still could rise to the top.

Unlike basketball heroes of the past, he doesn't rely on blockers with strength and strength; he works around them. He's very skilled, and in terms of shooting, dribbling, passing, teamwork, you'll find it helpful to be a person without a big man, but who can still rise to the top.

Curry can dunk the ball (although there is one funny video of him missing an undefended dunk; after the rebound he shot a 3-pointer!), but after a layup he usually just lobs the ball in. And he gets most of his free-throws; nothing bothers me more than a "great" basketball player who has not taken the time to master the free-throw. I know that many previous NBA stars were/are nice guys, but watching Curry makes them look like bullies, immense players who could not be stopped because of their enormous physical size and strength. Curry is someone I can identify with.

Steph Curry is so relatable, and his size is part of that. He has fun during warm ups and he's humble when on camera. Lebron is physically gifted, Jordan is beyond measure and comparison in so many ways. But Steph actually feels like his ethic and skill is attainable. His personality just makes him seem like you could say hello to him in public and he'd be pretty friendly. He's changed the game with his three point shot. Kids wanna shoot like Steph.

Stephen Curry is so close to the people that his stature is part of it. He was happy when he warmed up and he was humble in front of the camera. His personality makes him look like you can greet him in public, and he'll be very friendly. His three-pointer changed the game. Kids want to shoot like Stephen.

He went to a lesser known college and didn't enter the NBA a star per se. He became great through injury and he signed with a company other than Nike - he went with under armour. Steph is just different than your regular star and he's done things differently. He’s open about his faith in God too. Overall, Steph is probably so popular because of his humility.

Stephen is different from your average star, and he does things differently. He was also open to his faith in God. Overall, Stephen may have been so popular because of his humility.

Part of it is his tremendous basketball skill. There is no denying that he is one of the best basketball shooters of all time, even at this relatively early stage of his career. Besides the shooting, he also dazzles with his dribbling and control-of-the-ball skill, which is great fun to watch on tv.

Part of the reason is his excellent basketball skills. Admittedly, he was one of the best basketball shooters of all time, even at this relatively early stage of his career. In addition to shooting, his dribbling and ball-handling skills are also dazzling, which is very interesting to watch on TV.

There's also this appeal of the team he plays for, the Golden State Warriors. They haven't been at the very top of the league in the years before Curry's arrival (really just middling their way into the playoffs and then quickly going out), and it's very appealing to the crowd to see a struggling team make a turnaround in cca. two seasons to become the best team of the league, with one of the best season win totals in history I might add.

The Golden State Warriors, the team he plays for, also has that appeal. In the years leading up to Curry's arrival, they weren't in the league's top spot (actually just making it to the playoffs and then exiting quickly) and saw a struggling team at CCA. Two seasons to be the best team in the league, I'll probably add one of the best season win totals in history.

Another part, and this is only my opinion, it is also refreshing for the fans, media and random watchers to see something new happen across the league. Quite frankly, LeBron James has been dominating the scene indvidually for a long time, and it might have gotten a bit boring. So, now that someone with a credible challenge to James reign has come, it is all the more appealing to support him. This takes away nothing from Curry's own skill of course, and he doubtless worthy of this year's MVP Award, but James is still the best and most all-around, complete player in the world.

The other part, it's just my opinion, is that for fans, the media and random observers, it's refreshing to see something new happening across the league. Frankly, LeBron James has dominated this scene in his personal capacity for a long time, which can get a little boring. So, since someone has raised a credible challenge to James' rule, supporting him is even more attractive. This certainly won't affect Curry's own skills, and he certainly deserves this year's MVP award, but James is still the best, most versatile, most well-rounded player in the world.

Stephen Curry has a different style of playing that any other player in the Nba.. ,Just take a look at this,Yeah he sometimes shots from here and not many people does that because they would miss it badly but Curry is different.

His quick release and his good 3 point shooting makes him special and many people say he is the best shooter in the Nba history… He has 2 Mvp and one of them is Unanimous Mvp,nobody ever was unanimous Mvp before but curry made it(He got all 131 votes to be Mvp 2015–2016 season). Watching Curry plays is amazing, when he is about to hit a three and I yell bang when it goes in..

His quick shots and great three-pointers set him apart, and many people say he's the best shooter in NBA history..., he has 2 Mvps, one of which is a consistent Mvp, no one has a consistent Mvp before, but Curry did it (he got all 131 votes for the 2015-2016 Mvp), it was fantastic to watch Curry play, and when he was about to shoot three points, I shouted when the ball was scored...
