Japan's Tokyo Green FC and partner ATHLETA unveiled the team's new home shirt for the 2022 season. The new shirt, built around the concept of "Shine Like the Sun", not only continues the club's green tradition, but also adds golden details that symbolize the glory of victory.
The club's green tradition is continued with the club's green shirt for the "Radiant" Tokyo Greenery 2022 season, with green stripes of different shades symbolizing the tradition and innovation of the ever-evolving Tokyo Green Club.
Compared to the "green/white" colour scheme used in last season's home shirt, the new shirt features gold as an important part of the home shirt for the first time. The "Pioneer Gold", which symbolizes the glory of victory, appears on the collar, shoulders and sleeves of the jersey. At the same time, the gold stripes also have a fine green grain pattern, showing the continuous development of the club.
Strips with the ATHLETA logo are added to the sides of the jersey, and the strips are decorated with striking bright green fine grain on both sides. Tokyo Greenery's 2022 home kit is paired with green pants and socks, and gold details are added to the sides of the pants.
Also introduced was the home goalkeeper jersey for the new season. The home goalkeeper jersey is also built around the concept of "shine", with a deep and elegant burgundy as the main color, and matched with the same color pants and socks.
