Tianjin Municipality Announces Relevant Epidemic Prevention Policies for Vehicles Entering and Leaving Tianjin Vehicles Leaving Tianjin Must Provide "Two Certificates and One Code"

On January 19, the Tianjin Municipal Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters introduced that in order to do a good job in the traffic control and transportation guarantee related work in Tianjin during the epidemic prevention and control period, at present, at the entrance of various highway toll stations in Tianjin and at the provincial boundaries of ordinary highways, there are now epidemic prevention checkpoints in Tianjin to facilitate the inspection of passing vehicles.

At present, vehicles entering Tianjin do not need to provide any materials.

Vehicles leaving Tianjin must provide "two certificates and one code", that is, the green code of the health code, the 48-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate, and the certificate of leaving Tianjin. Nucleic acid testing certificates made in other provinces and cities can be used, and there is no restriction on the location of nucleic acid testing.

The proof of effective departure refers specifically to the following materials:

• Issued by the relevant unit or street town of the parties, and stamped with the official seal of the unit or street town, the certificate of departure from Tianjin is affixed.
• Jointly issued by the Municipal Transportation Commission and the Municipal Public Security Bureau, the "Permit for Transporting Emergency Materials for Epidemic Prevention and Control in Tianjin" was issued.
• Certificate of Transfer (Transfer) of Emergency Materials Entering and Leaving Beijing issued by the Tianjin Bureau of Commerce or the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Commerce or the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology.

Transport vehicles entering Tianjin to pick up and deliver goods shall be issued by business related parties (such as suppliers, consignees, etc.) within the administrative region of Tianjin Municipality. There is no fixed template or format requirement for issuing a certificate of departure from Tianjin, but it shall include information such as license plate number, name and ID card number of driver and passenger, health information of personnel, destination, and permission to leave Tianjin. In terms of expressways, all vehicles traveling in the administrative area of Tianjin Municipality must still provide "two certificates and one code" on the highway. The Service Area of Xuguantun of Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan Expressway (direction into Beijing) and the Baigutun Service Area of Beijing-Tianjin Expressway (direction of Entering Beijing) have points where nucleic acid testing can be done on the spot.
