This case occurred on the evening of March 13, 2020, Wang Nan, who called himself "Little Zheng Ronghe" on Facebook, what did he eat with his wife in the car for dinner before the crime? In a fit of rage, Wang Nan drew out his pre-hidden sashimi knife, opened the car door and walked towards the knight surnamed Lin who was parked on the side of the road, and when he approached, he sprinted with more arrows, stabbed deep into the other party's back, drew out the blade and walked slowly back to the car with a cigarette, as if demonstrating against his disobedient wife; the man surnamed Lin fell to the ground and died. After the case was prosecuted, when the court of first instance tried, Wang Nan obtained the assistance of the lawyer team to obtain an appraisal of suffering from "intermittent rage disorder"; the lawyer team also defended Wang Nan's medical history, saying that he had seen hallucinations since he was a child, and had sought medical treatment as many as 5 times in elementary school, and he also took 1 year of medicine in the middle school, and then stopped the drug because his parents felt that it affected his development. However, the court of first instance still found that Wang Nan had the ability to identify the illegality of the act when he committed the crime, and imposed a heavy death sentence.
At the second instance of the appeal of the case, when the High Court held its first hearing, Wang Nan confessed the crime in court and said that he was sorry, and the legal team also focused on Wang Nan's "intermittent rage disorder", hoping that the High Court would not sentence him to death. As for the father of the deceased, he was very unforgiving, hoping that Wang Nan would soon be sentenced to death, and said that such a crime was too cruel, and if Wang Nan was released from prison, anyone could be killed. After the trial, Wang Nan faced reporters on the way back to remand and did not answer; finally he bowed four times and said, "I'm sorry." Then step into the prison cart.
