"Mom... Mom!" The sunny and handsome teenager in front of him was called Wang Moubin, and he used all his strength to shout out this strange and familiar word with difficulty. This mother, mother Luo Mouzhen waited for 12 years, tears of joy came out of her eyes, found, found, the son finally found! The chagrin of losing his son, the hardships of finding his son for many years, the despair of always looking for fruitless results, all at this moment, let go!
Recently, in the conference room of the criminal investigation brigade of the Longyang Branch of the Baoshan Municipal Public Security Bureau, the police and civil affairs department staff of Baoshan and Chuxiong jointly witnessed the reunion that had waited for 12 spring and autumn months. She finally met her son, who was thinking about day and night; He, at last, returned to his mother's arms...
The child was accidentally lost
In October 2009, Wang Moubin, an 8-year-old deaf-mute child, was sent by his family to study at Chuxiong Care School. Shortly after entering school, he was not accustomed to school life, and secretly ran out of school without missing his parents so much that he wanted to take a car home.
Because the journey home was relatively long, he did not know how to take the car, nor could he accurately express his meaning to others, so he accidentally took a sleeper bus from Ruili to Kunming. When he was inspected at the Shuangpo checkpoint in Longling County, the bus driver Master Li found Wang Moubin and immediately reported to the Longshan Police Station of the Longling County Public Security Bureau: "A child was found in the car that was unclaimed, and this child did not seem to be able to speak, please ask the public security organs to help deal with it!" Because Wang Moubin was a deaf-mute child, he could not explain his information, and the search for relatives was unsuccessful, so the police at the police station had to send Wang Moubin to the Baoshan City Welfare Institute.
For the next 12 years, Wang Moubin has been living in the Baoshan Municipal Welfare Institute, and the staff of the welfare home has always taken care of him as a family. Today, he is a sophomore majoring in jade carving at Baoshan City Care School.
Never gave up on finding a son
After learning that her son was lost, her mother Luo Mouzhen and her husband went to the police station for help at the first time. Due to the limited objective conditions at that time, there were very few clues of the child's disappearance, and the police's search work was very difficult. Although the police entered the relevant information of Luo Mouzhen's family into the national database of abducted and missing persons for long-term comparison, there has been no new progress.
In the meantime, Luo Mouzhen and her husband have not given up looking for children, as long as they hear which lost and retrieved child information is similar to their son, they will go to verify, hoping to find the lost son. "Once, I heard that there was a deaf-mute child in a restaurant in Chuxiong, and I rushed over to see it with hope, but found that it was not..." When recalling, Luo Mouzhen's eyes were full of regret.
This search has continued for 12 years.
The parents were overjoyed
With the in-depth development of the "reunion" operation, this year, the Ministry of Public Security has established a perfect "National Public Security Organs Information System for Finding Abducted/Missing Children" and realized the national interconnection of the missing person database.
Since the launch of the "reunion" operation, Jiang Jialin, a police officer of the Criminal Investigation Detachment of the Baoshan Municipal Public Security Bureau, and the Longyang Branch Bureau have taken the initiative to dock with the Baoshan Civil Affairs Bureau and the Municipal Welfare Institute, including all the children adopted by the Municipal Welfare Institute over the years into the suspected abducted and trafficked missing persons, and collecting the DNA of these children for storage.
On August 17, the good news came: the DNA of Wang Moubin, a suspected abducted and missing person in Baoshan City, was compared with the DNA of Luo Mouzhen, who reported that his son was missing in Chuxiong City, but further review and confirmation were needed. After receiving the order, the Longyang Public Security Bureau actively docked with the Chuxiong police, and the police of the two places once again collected the DNA of Luo Mouzhen and Wang Moubin for review and identification. After the inspection and comparison of the Judicial Appraisal Center of the Baoshan Municipal Public Security Bureau, it was finally confirmed that Luo Mouzhen was Wang Moubin's biological mother! When the Chuxiong police told Luo Mouzhen the good news, she shed tears of excitement.
"Reunion" is not easy to come by
On September 10, accompanied by the Chuxiong police, Luo Mouzhen came to the criminal investigation brigade of the Longyang Public Security Bureau early to wait for her son who had not been seen for 12 years, her eyes had been staring at the door, anxiously waiting and waiting...
Half an hour later, accompanied by the teachers of the caring school, Wang Moubin finally came to his mother. Luo Mouzhen looked at the tall, sunny and handsome teenager in front of him, and his eyes were wet at once. When Luo Mouzhen took out the photo of his son with his family when he was a child, Wang Moubin could no longer control his emotions, and he was born deaf and could not speak, and he shouted hard, "Mom... After "Mom", she hugged her mother and cried, and Luo Mouzhen shed tears of happiness after hearing this long-lost call.
At this moment, this "reunion road" has finally come to a successful end. Wang Moubin held his mother's hand tightly, not willing to let go for a moment, and the mother and son exchanged thoughts for 12 years. "I often dream that he came home and woke up to find it was a dream. Today, the dream has come true, and I want to thank all of you!" Luo Mouzhen expressed his gratitude to the police.
It is reported that this is the second missing abducted child found by the Public Security Organs of Baoshan City since the launch of the "Reunion" operation, and it is also the first time that the Public Security Organs of Baoshan City have helped the missing children find their families through DNA testing technology. In the future work, the Baoshan police will continue to adhere to the concept of serving the people, continue to promote the "reunion" operation in depth, and further vigorously carry out DNA testing technology publicity, so that discrete family members can actively go to the public security organs for free DNA collection, so that more missing abductees can return home as soon as possible.
